We almost cancelled this last minute bc I started reading the reviews. I discussed with my friends and trips are what you make them and after going I can say so glad we did it! Christian our tour guide and his driver were fantastic. Christian spoke many languages and we speak English and I could completely understand him (pointing this out bc another review said they couldn’t ) We stopped to a local farm with people and learned about how coconut oil, cocoa, coffee, vanilla etc is harvested and made. The family that own the farm allowed us to come into their home and tour it and see how they live. We sampled products and were able to buy products if you wanted and by no means did it feel forced or pushed. Next stop was cigar farm and horseback riding. The guys got to smoke a cigar and we had drinks and rode horseback. There was an opportunity to shop there if you wanted also. I want to pause and say bathrooms were available at first stop and second stop. We left there and drove through town and saw their Catholic Church and again bathrooms available and they took us downtown where the fresh market was to see how they live and provide for families down there. We left there and had a lovely dinner by a river (bathrooms available) before heading to go zip lining and buggy riding . The area there was absolutely breathtaking!!!! Zip lining was great and the buggies were fun with no issues and we got covered in mud but allowed to shower off after. After we were given fresh fruit and drinks while drying off and enjoying the view. Yes you ride around on a bus to get from Place to place which is as actually cool because you could see different landscapes and culture and the real life in the Dominican. So thank you Christian and everyone keeps bringing up Jason from the zip line bc he was so funny! We would 100% recommend to others and we would also do it again!!!! Muchas Gracias Christian and God Bless You!

Had a great time! The tour guide, driver, and photographer was great! Felt safe. It was a long day but overall really good experience.
You will love it.
Tedra_J, May 2024
Although the driver was 45 minutes late picking my friends and I up, Javier definitely made up for it. I had a wonderful time. Javier and his crew definitely showed us a good time and feed us well. It was worth every penny.
Nice people

Outside of the bus loading confusion, we had an amazing time. The city tour was probably the least favorite thing we did, but the Zipline, Buggy, and Horseback riding made up for it.

Terrible 5 in 1
Catherine_M, Mar 2024
Javier was good he just need to know the DR history. One of the guests asked him about DR and he didnt know. Kinda expected he will know it somehow as a tour guide. On the other hand, Zipline and Buggy ride are the only highlights. The rest of tour were waste of time. City tour- you just go stand outside the church to pose for a pic but you dont get to go in and market, you just walk for 2mins enough to smell it! The Cacao/coffee/traditional house is weird invading someone elses house is too weird! The horse back riding is just riding a horse around a ranch for 10mins. Its no fun.

Our tour guide was amazing! My daughter and I had a blast. Be sure to bring some tip money, they truly deserve it!
Awesome Excursion!
Rebekah_C, Feb 2024
The 5 in 1 excursion was magnificent! The whole trip from pick up to drop off was amazing with Javier as our giude! Got to experience some of the local culture first, then finished the trip with zip lining and buggy ride. The Buggy ride was so fun and lasted around 45 mins. It was my first time zip lining and it was a breeze. There were 5 zip lines that we got to do. The horseback ride was short and sweet, but the scenery was nice! I would definitely recommend booking this excursion.
I DON’T RECOMMEND
imya_m, Feb 2024
I rate this experience a 0/10 the tour guide only made conversation with certain guests, he walked out forcing us to tour the city alone. The time management was very poor which made everything a hassle in the end. I just feel as though I wasted my money and time with this entire tour!
My Birthday excursion 2024

Just don’t
Emily_N, Feb 2024
u and push you and tell you that you need them. And took advantage of Americans that do not understand pesos so we paid $40 usd for two cheap bandanas. Dune buggy was fun but they have horses running along side of the buggies. One got spooked and ran into a buggy. No one seemed to care. Children come running from houses and jump on the buggies without people knowing (one was on the buggy when the horse hit). Then we sat for over an hour doing absolutely nothing while the tour guide would make you go and leave a review for him and told us to say it was perfect. He gave us access to WiFi and wouldn’t stop until you left a review. Then they try and charge you $80 for pictures. The staff also have children asking tourists for money then they bring it back to their parents. We spent more time sitting around doing absolutely nothing, being pushed into buying things than we did having fun. What could have been a four hour day was a 10.5 hour day. Also, bring your own toilet paper and soap because they don’t have any at the stops

Thank you for sharing your experience. It sounds like you had a challenging day with several unexpected issues. The pressure to buy items, the long waiting times, and the safety concerns with the horses and children are all valid points of criticism. It’s unfortunate that the tour guide insisted on positive reviews rather than addressing these problems. Your feedback is valuable and will help improve the experience for future participants. Remember, it’s important to share honest reviews to help others make informed decisions. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.

great tour guide just feel like the tour is done backwards. we should have went to see the city first because once you get muddy at dune buggy you just wanna eat and go wash. i didnt get to see the city because the couple didnt want to go because they were muddy.
Response from Host, Feb 2024
Thank you for your feedback. It’s great to hear that you found the tour guide to be excellent. However, it sounds like the order of the tour activities could be improved. Your suggestion to visit the city first to avoid discomfort from the mud during the dune buggy activity is a valuable one. This could enhance the overall experience and ensure that all participants get to enjoy all aspects of the tour. We appreciate your input and will consider it for future planning. Thanks again for sharing your experience!
DISAPPOINTED, Overpriced and it was 3 activities only NOT 5,
Bernadette_E, Feb 2024
We only did 3 activities for this tour, which is advertised as 5: horse riding (which was quick), zip-lining, and dune buggy. The tour guide (Chris) did NOT do the city tour telling us that the church (Basilica Altagracia) was full even though there are spaces for parking outside the church, and he didn't bother to stop for us to see the city. We also did NOT visit a Cacao farm as advertised. Chris also has a very thick accent that is difficult to understand. It's surprising that the company hired someone like him, who is hard to understand and unfriendly. He also DEMANDED a generous tip from a group of tourists who didn't have cash and waited for them until they withdrew cash from an ATM machine, which I think is very tacky. Overall, I am disappointed and regret booking this tour, as there are others available tours that offer horse riding, zip-lining, ATV/buggy rides, and much more, along with nicer tour guides who speak understandable English. I wouldn't recommend this tour to anyone visiting Punta Cana.
Disappointed tour
Heather_D, Feb 2024
Chris our tour guide seemed disinterested and provided very little cultural information and guidance. The tour is labeled 5 in 1 and we only got 3 of the 5 activities with no explanation. We were not able to shop at the public market, we drove by the Catholic Church only and never saw or heard anything about the coffee or cacao farm. While we enjoyed the adventure part, the cultural part of completely lacking.
Response from Host, Feb 2024
Hello, Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will be taking immediate steps to address the issues raised, including re-evaluating our tour guide training program and ensuring clearer communication of tour activities to our guests.
An enjoyable experience!

Family farm experience
Evelyn_G, Feb 2024
The whole family loved the entire tour but what they kept talking about was the tráditional Dominican home, the cacao farm, zipline, and the buggy experience was just amazing disconnect from city life, just wanted to thank our tour guide Christian and driver Mr Ayala
