The hot springs were magical. Soaking in the pools surround ed by the mist of the clouds, wild greenery and an amazing scent in the air all created a wonderful experience. The guide, Christopher, was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I highly recommend this experience as well as this guide.

The place in itself is fantastic.
The pools were clean and good level of water. I had a good time aside from other inconveniences. The car didn't pick me up till 2:35 (instead of 2pm) after I called twice inquiring.
I only had a 1.5 hour in the park.

Roberto was such a great driver! He showed me where everything was and helped me get a locker before waiting for me for a couple hours, which is much easier than having to worry about finding him/someone else worked somewhere different after. Absolutely recommend!

I was glad to have booked this tour with Monte Verde Tours, instead of trying to get there by public transportation. The driver was informative about the area and very helpful giving us the layout of Fuentes Georginas.
Fuentes Georginas was a bit disappointing. The pools were not hot enough to be called hot springs. The restaurant was very limited. It wasn't crowded but there didn't seem to be enough changing rooms.
I liked that there are lockers for Q15/day. The location was pretty, even in the heavy fog. The drive up the hill was through farm plots and provided a great view of the valley.
