We will communicate by WhatsApp to give basic instructions before the start of the tour and to coordinate the meeting point. The tour is done by private transport, in a white Chevrolet Grand Vitara with all the biosecurity measures. For this tour it is necessary to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, also sunscreen.

Great time in Otavalo

Andres was great! He had a thoughtful gift for me, was flexible and had options for me to choose from for the lake. I was able to practice my Spanish and to revert to English when needed. He brought along a tour guide to train and she was also amazing! She took pictures and we all had a good time! Lunch at a nearby restaurant for a traditional plate was tasty and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this tour.

This was such a great trip with Andres! He was very communicative, prompt to pick up in the morning, and a safe driver. Andres is also very knowledgeable about Quito, and the surrounding region. The places he took us were amazing, and it was clear that he approached his work with a lot of thoughtfulness. I would 100% recommend Andres as a guide to a friend and plan to take more trips with him while I am in Ecuador!

Andres went out of his way to expose us to local life, from stopping for biscochos at a roadside restaurant to explaining the current and past uses of the Peguche waterfall. When we were looking for chocolates and hot sauces that weren't sold at the Otavalo market, he made a point of finding 2 different stores near the market that did sell these items. Overall, a great experience. And Andres is a nice guy to boot. Highly recommend -- booked this tour based on past reviews of Andres, and he didn't disappoint!!

Good morning..I am Andreas...this was the first encounter with our super nice tour guide. He customized the tour to our interests and needs/wishes. We had such a great experience from start to finish! Our guide, Andrea was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions pertaining to tour activities, history...etc. He was flexible, considerate, and interested in ensuring we had the best time! I would gladly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a private tour or excursion around Ecuador. On the way to Otavalo, we stopped for biscochos and a tour of Quitsato, a sundial that is exactly on the equator and less touristy than the Mitad del Mundo sites typically visited by tours from Quito. We enjoyed the biscochos and a cup of tea - offered by Andreas-, admiring the beauty of Lago San Pablo The short walk in the jungle to see a powerful waterfall was also rewarding(Cascada de Peguche). Otavalo market was breath taking and very colorful, but the most exciting was Cotacachi (leather market) and the nice restaurant El Lenador - excellent food and service. The trip worth every penny, back with lots of shopping and unforgettable memories!!..and with a new friend.
