      If you have booked the arrival transfer (airport - hotel): The meeting point will be at the exit of the airport. Our representative will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. If your reservation is leaving the City (hotel - airport): The pick-up will be directly in the lobby of your hotel, our representative will pick you up at your hotel.

      My driver waited patiently while holding a sign with my name on it, as I went through customs. Although my driver is Venezuelan, he was informative on the history and culture of Ecuador. We discussed food, coffee, and different areas in Quito. Very respectful and well mannered gentleman. I highly recommend this company; they embody professionalism and safety.

      Picked up on time with the driver holding a clear sign with my name. Very friendly guy. We both made an effort to speak each other's languages on the way to the hotel. He was first class.

      Our pickup person and driver were extremely nice and she was very knowledgeable and answered all our many questions in that hour drive to hotel.

      With a midnight arrival, as a single woman, I was a little concerned about transportation, but I found the representative waiting immediately outside customs holding a sign with my name. She escorted me to the car and rode with us to the hotel and held friendly conversation and gave great advice for my time in Quito. The ride was comfortable and safe, and upon arrival at the hotel, the entrance was gated and locked, and the driver took the initiative to look up the hotel info and call on my behalf.

      Reading other reviews about safety in general Quito/Ecuador we were little uncomfortable to travel. Our driver ( sorry I can’t remember his name) came to airport with this wife. They were both very polite. Wife stayed with us while husband went to van. We felt safe. Van was clean. Overall excellent experience.

      after a long journey of Cypress sore eyes to see a sign with my name on it I'm driver was very professional and timely. it was a safe ride even though it was pouring down rain the same driver also picked me up and escorted me quickly into the airport to direct me at where I needed to go next, very appreciative.

      We arranged a car service from the Quito airport to our hotel and the driver never showed up. The number we were provided was useless so we had to hire another taxi. We want a full refund ASAP.

      Your flight arrived 25 minutes late and after landing we were waiting for you for 1 hour 30 minutes, we sent an email and called your contact phone number but it was wrong.

      I arranged a round trip with two separate one-way bookings, and the experience was great.
