You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver is good, friendly and helpful. Enjoy the trip, thanks! the only one place unexpected is visit the rice field, which driver just stop at road side and show one of the rice field for us to take a look, which I expected will to go the rice field like the advertising have a nice view and can walk around.

Unfortunately you didnt follow our suggestions and chose to start tour late (but to visit Lempuyang we strongly recommend to choose an early start option on booking). Our tour guide, Pande was absolutely amazing. He showed us places off the Instagram track. We had one of the palaces to ourselves. Definitely worth it.

Traveking outside Kuta to visit sites such as the Gate to Heaven can take hours in bumper to bumper traffic. Entry into the site can also be very long with taking a number to be photographed at the gate by their staff with your camera/phone. Its the only way to keep control of the site. Too many people and too much traffic.

We chose tours for a long time, but we picked this one and are very happy! 🤩 We know that many drivers in Bali are not punctual and sometimes they may not come for you, fortunately this is not about Putu. He was courteous, arrived promptly to our location, and drove us safely (Bali traffic is crazy around Canggu) to all our destinations. He was able to answer all our questions, took beautiful pictures and was a great companion at each site. He was also well-informed on timings that avoided overcrowding, such as the ideal time to visit Lempuyang. It was definitely great value for money compared to other tours, because you can see not only East Bali with famous Gates of Heaven but part of Ubud area as well. Thank you Putu! 😍

The tour driver/guide was highly professional, being extremely accommodating and structuring our itinerary in a manner which accounted for the number of tourists and outdoor temperature, resulting in a pleasant day overall (spoke excellent English). The attractions we were exposed to were aesthetically pleasing, particularly the rice terrace, which was an especially memorable sight. Second day with Ketut was even more fun and enjoyable (it was North Bali and Tanah Lot at this time). Definitely recommend for all first-timers!

It is a scam, be careful. The driver barely was speaking English and he is terrible taking the picture. You have to paid all the entrance. You can find the same tour for 20 dollars.

PS The tour includes visits to the best Instagram spots, and can also be customized according to your desire (has many options to choose from at very good price), it looks like you haven't been on our tour. Also for your information, for 20 dollars you can get only one way transfer from Uluwatu to Kuta for example, but not a full day tour of course. Also a taxi does not have the ability to serve customers in many regions of the island. We offer guests a convenient and safe way to visit the best attractions at affordable prices, so this is probably the best deal in Bali.
