We will meet at 9:00 am (9.20am on Saturdays & Sundays) just outside the tourist office which is on the square of the train station (direction Reims Centre when you go off the train).

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Champagne is my favorite drink and I somehow came to love it even more after this tour! Our guide Suzanne was extremely knowledgeable and I learned significantly more about the Champagne region and the champagne making process than I could have even imagined. She even took the time to show us around Reims a little bit and give us some highlights about its history! The champagne itself was incredible and it felt very special to be taken to and able to tour family owned houses.

Anne did a lovely job of getting us around to the local vineyards and back to Pommery champagne house and the cave visit. Since we were seated in the back of the van it was sometimes hard to understand her especially since her face is to the windshield.

Visiting a small champagne producer SALMON was more personal any easier to understand the production system as Jeromy was very very knowlegeable .
This information made us more aware when visiting other Champagne venues like Pommery with your tour when there is a lot of background noise .

The Pommery was wonderful and we enjoyed the small champagne house we visited. Our tour guide was lovely and gave us allot of information.

Great morning tour. Saw a small family winery which was really buzzing as it was harvest time. Pommery was spectacular, with artwork adding to the grandeur of the caves. Anne was a wonderfully knowledgeable guide
