      Couldn’t find the group-tour guide. Called and couldn’t get in touch with anyone either. No email with instructions.

      Dear Customer, probably you called outside working time (7,00 am - 11,00 pm). However you could download your ticket from TripAdvisor or Viator where is correctly indicated our meeting point. About the review is not fair to review an experience you didn’t do. Probably you should pay more attention on what you do. Best Regards Aniello
