I didn't receive our tickets the day before via WhatsApp as promised but when I contacted the local provider the morning of, they responded quickly and provided the tickets. It was a great timesaver and the Pantheon must be one of the most perfect buildings in the world.

The fast-track ticket is the way to go. The line was very long to walk in, and with this ticket, we didn’t wait more than 2 minutes. The building was so nice to see. Highly recommend skip-the-line tickets.

There was No fast track line

There was no such privilege as fast track line. We were told that there is no fast track line. We stand in common line. Fortunately line was moving fast so it did not matter a lot than spends few more minutes.

Very good and quick

Very easy, took about 1 minute to get in, I would recommend this but I would say it is quite expensive as once you are in the pantheon there isn't much to see.

Queues were horrific, even when purchasing this type of ticket. Not a great experience, given this ticket should help you “avoid” the long queues..

Amazing monument, a must see when in rome. Booking tickets was easy and straight forward. The day before visiting the attraction the tour operator sent the tickets via WhatsApp.

Wow this place was absolutely amazing. The outside looked quite conservative but inside, WOW! Viator was a great choice for tickets, communication was spot on, tickets arrived in plenty of time and instructions were clear even down to a photo of which entrance to use. Would defo recommend 👏🏼

Glad we purchased tickets prior, but there are QR codes outside to purchase tickets without having to queue too. Square itself is beautiful, but again very busy. Inside is beautiful and worth a visit.

It works this way: there are three lines, the first for the ones who want to buy with cash, the second for the ones who want to buy with credit cards, and finally the ticket holder line. As a Skip-The-Line Ticket holder, you can go directly to the Fast-Track entrance, which means you don't have to queue to first buy a ticket and then queue to enter. This is the value of our product and if you think about it in this way you can change your point of view. Pantheon visit

Seeing the Pantheon in person was great. We enjoyed learning more about the history and were amazed at the condition of the building and interior. The only negative was the crowd control outside. It was very crowded when we were there & although the inside wasn't bad as they do limit the amount of people going in, the outside crowd was awful & with no one outside guiding crowds, it seemed chaotic. Would be beneficial to have guides assisting people. Although we did fine, there were many people who were "lost" on what the do, where to go. Other than that, a good experience.
