        Good tour guide very knowledgeable about the Vatican and all the history, even though it’s skip the line we had to que for a bit because of the crowds, it can get frustrating because u have to move with the crowd , but that’s tourism 😄 not the guide’s fault

        I booked tour a day before and site showed opening at 3:15 PM. Payment accepted and verified for tour next day. Later I received info there was no tour at that time and have to come at 12, which was not possible. Asked for refund and only got meet at 3:15 and we will give you tickets for your own walk through and refund $40 only for tour part. No discussion if this was ok or anything. Went at 3:15 to get what I could since I paid and had no other option it seemed. No one was at the location and no response. I have no idea now how to get refund as you can easily pay them but cannot get funds back.
