Amazing scenery

Guide was friendly and had a lot of knowledge of Machu Picchu, and the history of the Peruvian people
great job

Americo was awesome, knew so much about the history of the Inca civilization and was a great photographer too! I was worried about getting my visit in a very short amount of time I had available...they were waiting for me at the train station and everything went off perfectly. Thanks so much!
Hildi is a wonder guide to Machu Picchu

Hildi is very knowledgeable about Machu Picchu. She met us at our hotel and took us to the bus and got us inside then she was able to tell us and show us some of wonders that is Machu Picchu. Hildi was able to answer every question that we had and she is very sweet. She made the tour a highlight for everyone. We are so glad she showed us around.

Tour too fast. better dedicate more time to each area considered that path is one way and you can't go back. I would have preferred to know this immediately when the tour starts

My friend and I were very impressed with Viator. We had an amazing tour guide Hugo who met us the day before we were going to do the tour so that he could explain where to meet him and specifics of the tour. On the tour, he was very informative and explained details about the Inca Trail and Machu Picchu. I would highly recommend Viator. Great company. Very accommodating.

After travelling around South America - this has to be my favourite thing of the whole trip. Machu Picchu is by far the most amazing thing I've ever seen. The guide was so informative on all the historic details and even took our photographs and knew the best places to stand with the best views. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to learn all about Machu Picchu.

The guides English was limited and the narrative was very basic. Then again, you get what you pay for..

We did a day tour of Machu Picchu under the Machu Picchu Guided Tour from Aguas Calientes package. Greeters: - We were given information in advance to find the tour guide which we found upon exiting the complete train station. - The greeters helped us get to the bus to ride up to Machu Picchu and get our entry tickets printed. - The greeters didn't properly communicate everything that was happening. We weren't aware we were running to print the tickets or pay for the bus entry. And we weren't aware we were going to meet another guide once we got to the ruins. Tour Guide: - Ivan was an amazing tour guide! He knew sooooo much history regarding the ruins! - He knew where to take the best pictures and the best poses! - He also had information regarding the vegetation and animals of the area. I would recommend the agency based on the guide as he was amazing!

Our Guide had set up for someone to meet us from the train station in Aguas the day before the tour. That person then showed us to our Hostel and guided us through buying the bus tickets to MP. The guide then met us the night before the tour and adviced us the best way and time to see MP. Our tour was excellent and I definitely recommend buying this.

Very good tour with a knowledgeable guide. The only regret was that we were not told that there were only 3 entries allowed. Since we entered to see the sunrise over the mountains and then had to come out to meet our guide, we had used 2 of our three entries. The park is in a loop, and we were not allowed to restart the loop without exiting entirely. This would waste our third entry, and we had been planing to exit and have lunch prior to ascending to the Sun Gate. After a lengthy argument in rudimentary Spanish with the guard, we were allowed to restart without exiting. However, it was a bit uncomfortable and unforeseen.

Ground crew were cranky and didn't really communicate well but our main guide, Hugo, was AMAZING! Very patient in explaining to us and gave us the best tips on taking all the requisite touristy photos.

It was a good, coordinated effort. A guide met us at the station and helped us purchase bus tickets. Also offered to help with purchasing our return train tickets. Another guide met us at the top. Spoke good English, gave a good 2 hour tour of the site. Plenty of time for questions. He did not take us to the most popular photo site, saying we could return there on our own. He did a good job of avoiding other clots of tourists.

The guide was great with excellent English. Jonathon Knowledgable and met us the night before to discuss what to expect the next day. I wish when signing up the details of ticket purchase for the bus and the tickets to Machu Pichu had been more clear

I ended up being alone on this tour. It was great to be one on one with a guide. Machu Picchu is amazing. Having a guide explaining everything to you is the way to go. After the tour was over, I stayed there and got to experience over and over what my tour guide explained to me allowing everything to sink in as I took my time.

I give the tour a four out of five. The tour guide was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and fantastic. The process of getting the tickets for the bus and entrance was difficult and mismanaged.

It was an informative tour, and reasonably priced. It was exactly what I wanted out of my trip to Machu Piccu since I didn't want to do the Inca Trail Hike. I spent a day exploring and had a guide to teach me a little about the history of the ruins

Francisco was an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable and patient. He set a good pace and also took me to the start of the Machu Picchu Mountain hike which was also worth while. I would definitively recommend.
