I have been planning a trip to Peru for months, then got busy with work and totally forgot to book my tickets for Machu Picchu. By the time I realized I needed to book Machu Picchu tickets, every thing was sold out thru Peru Ministerio de Cultura.
I searched up last minutes tickets, and Viator showed up. I was honestly skeptical at first, but still booked with them hoping it was real cause I already booked my whole trip around the Machu Picchu dates.
It’s awesome they responded immediately to all my queries, and assisted me in booking some other things even though it was 1am their time zone.
The day came, and I was standing in line by the entrance, sweating bullets.
They scanned my ticket, and ding, my ticket was accepted and I was instructed to enter.

The experiece on Machupicchu is incredible! The ruins, the landscape, the weather, the History! All that makes the experience so special!
The not so good part is the system to take the visitors by bus to the top of the mountain. You pay $60 US dollars for a 30 minute bus, that don't even offer a place to their clients wait covered from the weather (every hour rains at Pueblo) or (a distant dreamming) seated. They have to wait along de street, on open sky (rainning, sunny) and seat on the floor or on the protective wall that protects people to fall on river (and everybody seats on there)

Just buy ypur ticket in the vally at the travel department. We paid $380 for this, face value was $100. When I got there they did not have out pasport numbers in the system and we could not use the. So we had to buy new tickets. I asked for a refund of the difference between face value and what we paid and got told no. When they say do. Ot get from 3rd party vendors don't. Everything said that day was sold out but if ypu go to the ministry of tracet in the vally you can get a ticket.

Utilicé esta alternativa por mi viaje relámpago y no planificado a Cusco.
Los boletos que enviaron y la info estuvo en tiempo y forma.
La entrada fue solo al circuito 3, el mismo es por "abajo" y luego tiene acceso al mirador, por lo que cumplió mis expectativas con creces.
Si bien en los puntos de las cosas que NO INCLUYE la compra indica que el guía no lo está, lo que no te dicen, es que "obligatoriamente" tenés que contratar a un guía del operador y debe ser exclusivo, es decir que no te podés sumar a un tour, y que el costo del mismo ascendía a usd 90. Yo conseguí uno por 50 por fuera de este operador sin problemas. Aquí creo que tienen oportunidad de como entregar info clara a la hora de venderlo, donde establezcan este punto para no generar ansiedades.

Un abuso el cobro por 2 entradas, soy peruana y me cobraron como extranjera, por hacer uso de su plataforma me cobraron casi mil soles.

Foi um dia maravilhoso conhece a Macchu picchu! No dia do meu passeio houve problema com o trem, o que dificultou a passagem, mas podemos acessar no final do dia, perto do pôr-do-sol e a vista estava fantástica, junto com a energia do lugar!
Na entrada barraram meu passeio de circuito 3, alegando que eu precisava de guia, mas o problema foi resolvido e pude acessar todas as dependências do parque. Foi liberado todas as vias e espaços! Achei sensacional! Voltaria com certeza 🤍

El paisaje es increible, una experiencia maravillosa. Los senderos son faciles de recorrer, se pueden tomar fotos maravillosas, facil la entrada y la subida en bus.
