    I went with my 2 kids and it was all our first time in Salem. At the end of the museum the kids enjoyed it very much and had learned so much. We’ll be back!

    A fun learning experience. Love that there were actual items from a sunken pirate ship. Brings a reality to life on a ship. Highly recommend!

    This museum is very well put-together in comparison to most museums in salem. It’s updated, clean, maintained well. The collection of artifacts were interesting. The colors, effects, and displays are definitely of this time and not dusty old pieces that are only operated for Halloween.

    We had such a good time, Bill the curator was so kind and he could tell I wasn’t feeling well due to new medicine and he gave me a water right out of their gift shop before the tour started. Everyone loved it from ages 3-78 in our group. Our highlight of vacation!

    An amazing experience! We really enjoyed the hands-on parts and hearing Sam Bellamy’s really made us invested in the whole exhibit. We were excited to hear the end of the story and how the Whydah was re-discovered. Perfect for the whole family!
