The canyon itself was incredible! The guides all spoke in Spanish so as an English speaker I would recommend finding a different tour. Considering half the group didn't speak Spanish it was hard to co-ordinate meeting places and times. Also we were just dropped off on the edge of San Cristobal at the end and not taken back to our hotels.

The tour overall was 'okay'. The sightings were absolutely stunning! The boat tour on the water through the canyon was incredible, that is something you have to see! We even saw multipe crocodiles. The tour operator itself was okay, otherwise it would have been a 5 star review. The driver/guide only spoke Spanish, as well as the boat driver. I think it's okay because we're in a Spanish speaking country after all. But would have been nice to learn a bit more about what we saw.

Brilliant tour through the canyon where we saw monkeys crocodiles armadillos and iguanas. We also enjoyed a wonderfull local festival in the village where we stopped ar the end of the trip.

excellent day! even though i booked very last minute, they picked me up very timely, we saw 2 miradores and did the boat cruise and got to see chiapa de corzo for 1.5 hours which i LOVED. this was an incredible value and i have seen a lot of mexico, yet this day was surely a memorable one

The boat ride was amazing and the sites was fine. A bit disappointed that we ordered a tour which was on English but ended up being Spanish spoken. We unfortunately lost a lot of knowledge and where kind of sad because we took the tour to gain knowledge and experience but it didn’t end up with that.

My fiancé and I went on this tour and really enjoyed it. The tour had everything we wanted with the viewpoints and boat ride. The boat driver was good fun, even driving us under a waterfall for a splash! He stopped for photo opportunities and they know where to stop for birds, alligators and monkeys so well organised. We went with the Spanish speaking tour guide and don't believe it made a difference.
We went on the tour on the same morning we arrived in San Cristobal after a night bus and would recommend as long as you can leave your luggage somewhere. You can nap on the journey out to the canyon if you need it and it meant we have the rest of our stay in San Cristobal to relax.
The Viator voucher mentions that you need to redeem it from the travel company to get your ticket however once we explained to the company that we were only arriving that morning by messaging in the app, they assured us that was fine and replied within ~1hr which was really appreciated!
The driver picked us up from where we were staying in the town and rang to confirm where we were that morning which was assuring too.

I do not recommend this tour, do not book with them. You have to go to their location to pick up a “ticket.” I went and there was no actual ticket to pick up so this process makes no sense. Upon arrival i gave the tour operator my airbnb address which was a 3 min drive or 13 min walk to their location but the operator said it was too far and they could not pick me up. My place is literally walking distance from here so that does not make any sense. I was also booked a Spanish only speaking tour even though the operator knew that I did not speak Spanish. I had no clue what was going on and what time to meet back up. The tour guide did not care to help at all. Thankfully there was someone also on the tour that spoke english so they helped me and translated all of the important information. You can book the same tour for a similar price once you get to San Cristobal. Just wait once you get there to book a tour. Booking on visitor is overpriced and the cheapest which i this one was terrible.

The ridiculous process of receiving a ticket from the office in San Cristobal. Why? Why could this not have been sent and checked electronically? The office was not open at the advertised time. If we had arrived in San Cristobal later the office would have been closed and we would not have been able to collect the ticket. Why was this info not available at the time of booking before any monies were taken? The pickup was over half an hour late - it was not possible to get hold of anyone to find out where they were! The tour itself was ok, but the messing about to get it started was pointless and stupid.

I told them twice that I changed my accommodation but they forgot to pick me up. Also I went to their office and ask if the Miradores del Canõn are definitely included. They said yes. When I arrived at the Canõn they told me that it is just possible to do the bootstour and to visit the city. But that was not true because friends of mine were on their way to the viewpoints of the cañon at this point. I went on the boat and really could not enjoy it because I was sad that I can not see Miradores. After the tour they told me that I can join a group to go to the viewpoints. So we went to Chiapa de Corzo and picked them up. I just had 15 minutes in the city and could not see anything or not even eat something (the whole day). I am happy that I could experience the Miradores at the end but usually you are going to 5 viewpoints and he took us just to 2 of them. All in all I was really upset and can not recommend this company.

Very cheap the tour,and beautiful places, the food very good.Everything was ok I recommend for everybody this tour. I enjoyed.
