My driver was very friendly and provided great tips for Costa Rica throughout the drive. My driver wasn’t waiting for me when I arrived but customer service was quick to respond and reached out to the driver. It was great to know I was being taken care of and I felt very safe.

Was expecting an actual van or suv but was picked up by a small vehicle. Luckily the luggages fit in the trunk or it would've been an issue. The driver was friendly & outgoing.

The pickup at the airport in San Jose, Costa Rica was on time. The gentleman (driver) who met us on the airport was super! Kudos to him. The drop off at the hotel was as quick as traffic permitted. I recommend Viator shuttle service in foreign countries.

Small sedan picked us up, so picture of spacious van is quite misleading. Took some time to locate the driver, but finally did so. Just book an Uber; it’s less expensive (& it’s safe) and you choose what type of vehicle you’d like to book.

In Costa Rica Uber is not legal, therefore in case of an accident you would not be covered by any insurance, also taking an uber at the airport is impossible, as it is a restricted area. Great service picked us up took us directly there had no issues help with luggage booking was easy. Communication was great. Using them again for my trip back to the airport. Had to book outside of Viator because I didn’t have it on there for return, but it was still very easy. Communicated through WhatsApp responded very quickly very great. Thank you so much. Was at airport on time and had to wait because it took me a while to get to the driver because of long lines. He communicated WhatsApp and help me find him when I was coming outside. He give me several tips about places to go and what to do and also warned me of places and times that I might not want to go. Definitely won’t want him again. Thanks
