Overview

We had the BESSSST experience today. One of our tour guides, Diego, took my phone the entire time and took a crazy amount of photos and videos of my friend and I doing our first Costa Rica zip line. The guys were SO nice and so patient and put our safety first. 10/10 recommend! Do it. Just do it.

Diego, Leo, and Danny did a marvelous job of explaining all the details. Going over safety protocols. Making sure we understood everything to ensure the best experience possible. They were friendly and while guiding you, they allowed you to feel comfortable in riding the zip lines. The zip lines were long enough to enjoy and see beautiful views. Did the tour with my family of 5: ages of kids ranging from 8 years to 14 years old. We all had a great time!!! The tour we booked was through Viator and it said it started at 12:30pm when in fact it started at 1pm. So we just got there early and waited in the restaurant which is the meeting point. The actual tour starts out with a 20 min hike up the mountain carrying your own gear. This is not for the faint of heart…it’s literally stairs straight up. Definitely not recommended for anybody who is out of shape. With that said, the guides made sure that everybody made it up and we all started at the same time with an initial orientation. So no point in trying to be the first one up :) by the time everybody got up it was about 2pm before we got all of our gear on, given the instructions and started zipping. Won’t ruin the surprises but was a lot of fun and the guides made sure to make us feel safe all along the way, including my little one who was 8 years old. There were 2-3 zip lines where he wasn’t heavy enough so a guide went with him.

Danny and Diego are the best guides anyone could ask for. They ensure everyone is well prepared and safety is their number one priority. Highly recommend this for people of all ages and they will go out of their way to make sure your kid has an unforgettable experience. Would come back and do this again without a doubt. The best bang for your buck and especially if staying in San Jose. Perfect for solo travelers as well, they communicated instructions in both English and Spanish. Don’t hesitate and book this trip, you will not regret it.

Super fantastic! I will talk about this experience for years. It was 10 star (why stop at 5 stars when they deserve more) adventure from start to finish. You get so much more than you pay for. The guides were so patient with my daughter....it took her double the time to get up the mountain. Lol. Not because the activity is hard or anything....we are just super slow. AND they were super patient. Not one time did we feel rushed. They encouraged us all the way. Smiles, laughs, jokes, and hand holding. This experience was so cool that I couldn't wait to review it (now who does that?). We are definitely happy customers. The views from the mountain was amazing! Pictures and smiles from ear to ear. It was our dinner and breakfast conversation for anyone who would listen. Keep this tour as an option! If my legs weren't so tired, I'd do it again today 😆. Thank you, Diego, Ema, and Lil ( I hope I spelled their names correctly). ❤️

Danny and Dylan were the BEST tour guides ever!!! This was my first time zip lining and they were so professional!! They gave us such a memorable and exciting experience! I LOVED THIS PLACE SO MUCH!!! Met some amazing people as well! HAD SOOOOOOO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!!! OMG PLEASE BOOK THEM !! when I come back to Costa Rica I will come back !!!
