Pick up and drop off at your exact location. Standard rate applies to services in San Juan only. For services to other towns like Dorado (Dorado Ritz Reserve), Rio Grande (St. Regis Bahia, Hyatt Regency Grand, Wyndham Rio Mar), Fajardo (El Conquistador), ect additional fees (starting at 150.00 R/T) will apply and is subject to availability. There is a possibility of cancellation after receiving instant confirmation for services booked outside of San Juan.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Fantastic Service, we used for a private transfer from San Juan Airport to the Ritz Carlton Dorado on our arrival from the UK and then again to take us back at the end of our stay. Both journeys we had Jeysika as our driver. Communication when booking and during our stay was excellent. Emails and texts were responded to promptly. Once we had landed I received a text from Jeysika welcoming us to Puerto Rico. She asked to to send a text once we had our bags. I did this and she was waiting for us directly inside the terminal beside the arrivals bags area. Jeysika was very professional and helped us six with our luggage. The vehicle Mercedes Benz V250 was clean and well presented. Jeysika chatted to us on the journey and helped with the bags at the hotel. Pickup for return was equally well communicated and handled. All in all an excellent service and I would not hesitate to use Jeysika and Bespoke again.

The airport pick up was great. Driver was waiting with a lovely car. Return to airport was a disaster! We were waiting in the lobby with our bags checked with bell captain. We received a call that our driver was outside. We went outside and did not see any driver or similar car. A man approached and answered YES to our query of name and took us in a terrible van to the airport and then asked for money. We said we had paid and only gave him the surcharge. Your driver was not in front of the hotel resulting in this confusion and we were not at all pleased. I paid extra for a private car to and from the airport and only got one way. I'm not happy.
