This was an awesome walking tour! This was my first visit to San Juan and they made it an awesome experience. From providing air-conditioned pickup transportation to/from the hotel so that we didn’t have to pay to Uber to a meetup location, ensuring everyone had bottled water, to providing a knowledgeable and engaging tour guide named Giovanny,. the service was excellent. We were able to see many sites and take multiple pictures. The tour guide gives you time to capture any pictures you’d like to take, and answers questions. He is #ACTIVELY engaged in the experience that you’d like to curate. As far as preparation/what to wear: please remember this is a WALKING tour, so once you arrive at the location in Old San Juan, you will exit the transportation and walk. A lot of the streets in Old San Juan are very narrow with cobblestones, and the weather is very hot. Yet, the sights are beautiful. I took quite a few pictures LOL. The walking portion is about one and one half hours for the tour as a group, and then about another one and a half hours on your own to eat lunch and shop. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops at the place where you’re on on your own, so you’re still within 10 minutes of that spot to meet up with the group for the ride back to your hotel. As far as what to wear, please remember this is a WALKING tour, so dress prepared to walk: tennis shoes or comfortable walking sandals, put on sunscreen, hat/cap, sunglasses, loose/breathable clothing (e.g., shorts, sundress, loose skirt, tshirt) and a crossbody purse/waist pouch/light book bag if you’d like, but definitely you wouldn’t want to take this walk with a large purse. One couple in our group had a selfie stick for pictures which was a really great idea; however, Giovanny will take pictures of you with your phone for everyone in the group. All in all, it was worth the money and time as a great introduction to the history of San Juan as well as for place to come back to later on your own for eating and socializing. My group had a lot of fun, even with me being a solo traveler. I definitely recommend that you take this trip!

This tour is a 10 out of 10 I highly recommend that you do it in order for you to get the real full background of old Saint Juan when you do, you’re going to meet the wonderful and the outstanding host of Michelle 🎊 and Kevin they are very much hilarious very funny and they know about the history of all Saint Juan I so love Puerto Rico and please believe I will be back again. When you visit Puerto Rico, it’s a must that you do this tour.

I brought my family to celebrate my daughter’s 15th birthday. We were told this trip was in an air-conditioned vehicle and it wasn’t. My 11 year old son sprained his ankle before we arrived to PR and one of the reasons I booked this tour was because I thought we’d be sitting in a bus. We got on the bus for 5 minutes and was let out and walked the entire tour my husband had to leave and get a stroller because we have a 3 year old and we were told not to bring it because we’ll be on a bus. Were were also told lunch would be included and we had to pay for our food. I walked the entire tour in sandals because I thought we would be on the bus and my feet were killing me and swollen. I definitely don’t recommend this tour. I would like to get my money back due to false advertisement and pain and suffering for my 11 year old son

This was a great tour! Our tour guides Kevin and Michelle were amazing. We were traveling with a five month old and they were so accommodating making sure our baby was comfortable and making sure we had accessibility with the stroller. It was a very hot day, but a lot of the tour was in shade, which was very nice.
The bus was on time and the guides communicated very effectively for pick up times and drop off locations.

Hurry and book this if you want to know the history of Old San Juan and live the culture. Kevin & Michelle were BOMB! They both are very knowledgeable and you learn soooo much about how Puerto Rican came to be & explore the culture. You have 2 hours of tour & 2 hours of exploring. I was thoroughly impressed and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Bring walking shoes, drinks, & dress comfortable for hot humid weather
