Thank you, Please allow us to address your concerns! 1. It rained the entire day until just before your bar crawl began, we apologize for not sweeping the water from the boardwalk and sidewalks. 2. The literal definition of a pub crawl is a walk from bar to bar, our description clearly says the total WALK is about a mile. Someone else on your tour broke their sandals before the walk even began and we gave them a pair of crocs. You wore uncomfortable shoes to a long walk, for that we apologize. 3. Multiple offers were made throughout the tour to everyone, “if you don’t feel like walking, your welcome to go in the bus with the other guide that is moving the transport vehicle from bar to bar”. You decided to not take the offer but rather leave a review complaining about the walk we supposedly “made you do”, for that we apologize… clearly our fault. 4. A crazy thing happens in Puerto Rico, when the sun goes down around 6:30pm it actually gets dark outside! 90% of the tour is on a wood or paved boardwalk or Calle playa “beach street” along the ocean. If your not aware, artificial lights can disorient Sea turtle hatchlings causing them to go away from the ocean and towards the road or predators. 17 of 17 people on the walk had flashlights on their phones and used them when needed. If you think we are too conscious of our natural ecosystem or too considerate of the marine life, we apologize. 5. In regards to your “strange pool visit” please elaborate on what your talking about. To avoid a large puddle along Calle playa, with permission from the homeowner we quickly passed through a private property that had a pool. We also went to a restaurant/bar with live music that allows us to take a group photo in their beautiful private pool area before heading to the next place. I will attach your tour dates group photo clearly showing everyone posing smiling and having a good time. If taking a picture at a pool makes you feel “weird and strange” that’s also our fault and we apologize. Thank you for your highly valued opinons!
