Small group for just 8 people with transportation included. (Ages 10 to 60) [Step 1]: You can choose between one of our two options: From 7:00 am to 12:00 pm or from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, whichever is more convenient for you. [Step 2]: You will be picked up at your preferred hotel, resort, residence, Airbnb or Cruise Port in San Juan, Isla Verde or Condado (Although hotels in Rio Grande or Fajardo may not qualify, we can arrange a convenient meeting point near your accommodation for your ease and comfort). [Step 3]: Your guide will contact you the day before the activity in the evening around 7:30 pm via text message to provide you with your pick-up time and you must sign a digital waiver before starting the tour. [Step 4]: Before your pick up, please be sure to put on your bathing suit, sneakers with good grip and bring your towel and an extra set of clothes with you to dry off and change after your tour. Note: No Yeezys slides, Crocs, sandals or water shoes allowed (too slippery for this hiking). [Step 5]: Please make sure you are ready to board the vehicle at the pickup time set by your guide. Drivers will wait no longer than 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Our tour guide will text or call you when arrived at the agreed location. Important: Our activity is designed for people between 10 and 60 years old with excellent physical condition. You have to be able to walk by your own in uneven surfaces. For safety reasons, people who are overweight, have previous injuries, are pregnant, or have health problems are not allowed to participate. Evidence of age via license or birth certificate will be required to ensure compliance with these requirements. Furthermore, no exceptions or refunds will be made to those who fail to comply with these conditions. (Cruise Ship Pick Ups) • For this tour please ensure you're outside the cruise ship and ready to get into the vehicle before 7:00 am or 12:00 pm to avoid missing the tour. (Keep in mind that disembarking could take around 30 minutes to an hour.) • Once off the cruise ship, we will meet you in front of the 'I LOVE PUERTO RICO' sign at the agreed-upon time. We look forward to making your Rainforest experience memorable!” • If you choose the morning tour, please confirm your cruise departs from Puerto Rico after 1:30 pm to guarantee timely arrival. For the 12:00 pm tour, kindly verify that your cruise departs after 6:30 pm to ensure a smooth arrival.

- On Saturdays the hike is longer and more challenging since we depart from a different point.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued. We prioritize the safety and enjoyment of all participants and expect honesty in all aspects of the booking process.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Booked this excursion with my husband and daughter. Was picked up at our hotel. Eli was communicative and very pleasant. This was a lot of fun. Eli didn't push up to do things we didn't want. Highly recommend.

WOW! What an experience! Josué was an amazing tour guide and made sure to answer all our questions before the tour. He was so knowledgeable about the rainforest and made sure we stayed safe. Plus his photos were great! Be prepared for some rock climbing, but don’t worry it’s not too difficult. You do need a change of clothes after you’re done, whatever you wear into the rainforest will be in water and might get muddy. We booked the early morning to avoid the crowds.

Bryan was an amazing guide - he brought both adventure, humor and appreciation of the natural rainforest surroundings. We did the early tour on a Friday, and it wasn't crowded at all - highlight was the natural rock waterslide and the cliff jump and rope swing (all optional) - other tours did not do the waterslide which truly separates this tour from others. Bryan was organized & very communicative and the tour stayed on time/schedule. His car and transport was clean and super easy. This tour was the highlight of our girls trip to Puerto Rico! A+ would recommend.

From the start we had excellent communication with our guide. He was friendly and informed. The ride was comfortable and the rules were laid out and easy to follow. The rainforest itself was beautiful and Chuky took photos and videos for everyone along the way. Communing with nature and a little adventure were both enjoyed.

Adrian was an excellent tour guide. He communicated thoroughly in advance of the trip. He picked us up exactly when he said he would at our hotel. He drove us to the rainforest. He then guided us step by step through the forest to the river. My husband was hesitant about going down the slide so Adrian took care to show him where he could safely remain at the river and wait.
Adrian guided my 12-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son and I up the rocks to the waterfall slide. He showed us how to climb and demonstrated everything. He was extremely encouraging. He even came down the slide ahead of my son to help him in the water and took care of attending to his needs, including when my son decided he didn't want to do the cliff jump. Adrian guided him back to the river without making him jump.
To do this, as the description states, you need a level of physical fitness. The walking is not easy to the river. It's slippery and muddy. There are no railings. You will wear your gym shoes/tennis shoes into the water. They will get muddy and wet. You need to wear your gym shoes with traction, or hiking shoes with traction. Water shoes, crocs, or sandals of any kind won't work. People in other groups were wearing them and many people ended up just going barefoot, but that seems like it could come with even more difficulties.
You will be so glad you did this. It's beautiful. The water is so clear and refreshing.
We could not have done this without Adrian. If it were not for Adrian's experience and expertise, this would not have happened. I could not have done this on my own nor could I have done it for the two kids. This experience is worth it. And Adrian is the kindest, most accommodating person. He is knowledgeable about the island and the forest and takes full care of his clients.
