Chris was a great tour guide. He had our meal planned to avoid getting stuck in crowds. He was very knowledgeable and even kept our 3 teens entertained. The views of Grand Canyon and from the switchbacks between Flagstaff and Sedona were beautiful

Wonderful day at the Grand Canyon!! Rocky was our guide for the day, our family thoroughly enjoyed him, he had so much knowledge of the Canyon and the areas around it!! Rocky was funny and we even got to hear his “Cowboy” poetry!! ElTovar was wonderful for lunch!! This was our second tour with this company, would definitely book them again!! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!!

Our tour was amazing.
Resort pick up: Our tour guide, Nina from Grand Canyon Journeys, contacted us prior to pick up and arrived with plenty of water and snacks. She shared the planned itinerary and the rest stops.
Travel to The Canyon: Nina was so knowledgeable about every site and the history of the tribes and Arizona. We saw a lot and learned so much more. Route 66 was added fun.
Lunch at El Tovar: Excellent meal and excellent service. However, they should serve bottled water. Tap water smelled bad.
Touring the Canyon: I could never tire I flooking at this marvelous site. Nina took us to the least crowded and the most beautiful lookouts with plenty of photos and history. Insisting that we drink drink drink our water.
Return to Resort: We didn't want it to end and we will definitely return. It was a full day and we all were exhausted from all the fun.
Bravo Nina. We will book with Grand Canyon Journeys every time and recommend you do also.

A great day from beginning to end. Our tour guide, Chris from Grand Canyon Journeys was excellent. Very informative about local history, places to go, and had the day planned to a tee. Lunch at El Tavar was excellent.

Our tour guide, Rocky, was the best tour guide ever. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, funny, kind, entertaining, and flexible. He told us it was our trip for us to enjoy! We were always relaxed and never felt rushed. He was well informed and gave us lots of information about the areas we toured and could answer all of our questions. He was an excellent photographer and took lots of photos of us at our request. An example of his thoughtfulness that impressed me was he spotted a man taking a photo of his family, and Rocky offered to take a photo of the entire family. He knew all of the perfect spots for the most beautiful, majestic, and breathtaking photos without being overcrowded with tourists. Rocky entertained us with stories throughout our tour. He gave us the “grandest” experience ever to the Grand Canyon that made for a perfect day. Thank you, Rocky!
