The staff were very nice and welcoming. They would even come and talk with us as my friend and I were waiting for excursion pick up. It was also extremely easy to correspond with the hotel prior to our arrival with all the questions I had. The rooms were clean and large. The hotel was quiet inside. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with many options!

Easy to meet up and I had to go back in for luggage, my mistake. He was very patient. Thank you. The ride in to Siem Reap was easy and enjoyable. Air conditioning and WiFi inside the van was great since I didn't yet get a sim card. Driver pointed out interesting sites along the way. A great tour guide.

Highly recommend. The team was super communicative via WhatsApp pre-arrival. Loeun Lai, driver, was great! He met me after baggage claim, and was super friendly and kind. His car was very spacious and comfortable. As we drove (60 minutes) into town, he gave an amazing history lesson and orientation into Siem Reap and Camboida.

Mr Sambo was waiting for us & he was really lovely. His English is very good & his car was very clean & comfortable. He also pointed out landmarks along the way. We hired him each day as he was so good - he didn’t want to scam us at all.
