        Our flight arrived at 03:30 & the lounge Maharba didn't open until 04:30 but it was worth the wait. The showers were really good, the food selection was sufficient for such an early start. The coffee machine was very welcome. It is very tired in parts especially the upholstery on the furniture. But we would recommend it

        Horrible spend ur $ anywhere else and don’t pay extra for shower as its take as u go to all. A waste of money

Our confirmation email provides detailed information about the shower facilities in the lounge and whether they are charged. You can choose a lounge based on the priority of your shower needs. The shower facilities at Marhaba and Ambassador lounges in Singapore Airport are complimentary, while Plaza Premium lounge requires surcharge for shower.         The Food court would of been a better option

        The booking was easy and communication was good then when we got the QR codes they couldn’t be used in terminal 3 after it says all terminals we received for terminals 1/2 .That sorted out we got to the Marhaba Lounge terminal 3 after we really wanted to go to the SATS lounge which was included my wife’s QR code wouldn’t work,after standing there for half an hour the man at the front desk said go to the Ambassador Transit lounge about 100 yards away and try there see if they will let you in otherwise come back.We was able to squeeze in to the Ambassador lounge with 2 drink tickets each and food and coffee not very good,small and crowded and I don’t think this lounge was an option in the interim anyway if it was it should be taken off.After an hour we left and thought we definitely didn’t get our $117 worth that’s for sure.

        Lounge was nice, quite busy, limited seating available. Shower in the womens bathroom was cold at 9pm. This was one of my main reasons for booking the lounge. Food was good, range of items available. Lack of wine glasses Beer, prosecco and wine available Massage chair wasnt operational

        Very disappointed with our Marhaba lounge experience. We arrived at 3am and All the coffee machines weren’t working, hardly any food available until 5am. Not many comfortable chairs and a family of 4 had taken 6 of them ! We had paid for 6 hour access, as we had a long layover between flights. It definitely wasn’t worth what we paid. Don’t think I would use lounge access again.

        A glorified lounge. Picture in ad was misleading. The booths weren't even half that size. There are free lounges in the airport that are much nicer. Waste of money.

        What a waste of my money!!! I want a FULL refund! We prepaid our tickets and areived to be told it was full and to come back in 2 hours. We came back and it was still full!! We ended up bloody sleeping on the floor in the cinema during our 10hr layover!! You people take walk ins over prepaid customers!!! No wonder the place was packed!!! Don't even think about booking this because it was absolute s***!!! REFUND ME ASAP!!

        Lounge closed for refurbishment

        The lounge we had booked had closed for refurbishment for 2/3 months the day we made the booking 14 January, on arrival we were directed and welcomed into the ambassador lounge, a smaller and less equipped lounge, cost charged should reflect the difference.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this temporary change. Fortunately, SATS Lounge guided you to the Ambassador Lounge, which didn't disrupt your rest time at the airport. We have promptly updated the information on the available lounges at Terminal 3. Once SATS completes the renovation in the end of March, it will be published online.         Biggest waste of money, did not feel like a VIP, lounge crowded, no seats available, poor choice of food and drinks, rude staff at desk and showers. Really needed a rest after a delayed 10 hour flight and before another 14 hour flight. Should have stayed in normal passenger area!

        Great idea when you have a long stop over! The food was good although it would be great to add some lighter food options as it was mostly curries. With maybe some more nibble options such as cheese & biscuits. Staff were obliging but the cook was abrupt! He may have been tired!! Showers were excellent!

        It was pleasant to spend a few hours in the Lounge, but I really would have liked a recliner chair or even an ottoman to put my feet up on. The food was ok but not wonderful, so for us, it was quite a lot of money for not very much benefit.
