Port Zante Marina Ship Guest: 5-minute walk from your ship. Exit the Cruise Terminal building. Walk straight towards the "#STKITTS" sign. Then take a left The marina is straight ahead, surrounded by wired fencing. A Blue Water Safaris Rep will be there to meet you, 15mins prior.

What To Expect

Make your way to Port Zante Marina in Basseterre at least 20 minutes prior to your tour's departure time. Meet your captain and crew, then climb aboard the 36-foot (11-meter) Moko Jumbie, where you'll have your pick of spots to relax in the sun or shade. The next five hours' itinerary are up to you. Head for the beaches, bars, or restaurants of either Nevis or St. Kitts, or simply enjoy your time on board snorkeling, swimming, and enjoying drinks from the open bar. During the course of the charter period, refuel with a buffet lunch served on board or on the beach if you choose.

Onboard amenities include a changing facility, bathroom, and fresh water shower. Swimming and snorkeling is made easy with a stern boarding ladder.

At the conclusion of the charter, you'll be dropped back at Port Zante Marina.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The trip was great. We had great snorkeling and LuLu pointed out all the sea life found by the sunken ship we stopped at. It was the best snorkeling of our whole vacation. The second half where we were dropped off at a beach was nice also. There was snorkeling and time to relax on the beach. The lunch tasted great. I would book again.

Cpt Ian, CJ and David provided an awesome trip! I highly recommend them and this company. My wife and 3 teenagers had a wonderful time snorkeling. The drinks and lunch were great as well. The trip to Nevis provided amazing views and the beach bar had great drinks also.

Nice cruise with good crew. Don’t expect much of a lunch.

Good boat with shade. Crew helpful and friendly. Buffet lunch was cooked vegetables (mostly carrots) and grilled chicken breast, nothing else. We had a good time overall.

Mediocre experience for the price

The boat was not a catamaran with the net in the center as pictured, snorkeling was a total of 45min, for 1hr and 45min we were dropped at Nevis and the boat left to complete another job transporting people between islands even though we paid for 5hours, the open bar that we paid for left with the boat as well. The snorkeling equipment was also not great all of the masks leaked. Overall a lot of money for little time and minimal snorkeling experience.

We apologize for the miscommunication. The tour you purchased includes a Power/speeding Catamaran not a Sail Catamaran with the net as you mentioned. We will definitely take into consideration and investigate about the snorkel masks and the boat leaving the beach. Alex, Raheem, and our wonderful Captain took such great care of us! We had so much fun and felt so special having this really nice boat all to ourselves (we were a party of 8 - 6 teens and two parents). The snorkel spots were beautiful, the lunch was delicious, and the crew made sure everyone had the best time. We loved it!

Our trip was outstanding! I can’t say enough positive things about our trip on this boat. We started off with a pleasant greeting and a smile from Tishana. Our captain was Shaun and first mate - Raheem. These two made our trip extraordinary. Chartering the boat was the best decision. We had others that we met later who wished they had thought of it. We were treated to a shore tour of St Kitts and then taken to a cove for snorkeling and swimming. The water was spectacular and fish were various. Many different types of coral as well. There was a ship wreckage you could swim to as well. We were then treated to an excellent lunch of fish, chicken, steamed vegetables, potatoes and a bread pudding for dessert that we all couldn’t stop talking about. We were allowed to swim, hang out and jump off the deck of the boat. We then cruised over to Nevis for time at the beach. We hung out at Like beach which is in front of Like bar and the infamous Sunshine Bar. We were provided beach loungers and umbrellas. We enjoyed some calm waters and drinks ashore. We then cruised back from Nevis to our dock right next to our ship dock. Again, I can’t say enough about Shaun and Raheem. They felt like part of our family and made us want to book a trip back to St Kitts as quickly as possible. Blue Water Safaris needs to recognize that these two men are the reason people want to come back. Thank guys for taking such good care of us. We have fallen in love with the islands because of your warm personalities, friendly smiles and laughs o’plenty. Thank you from our family for making it an experience we will never forget.

We were staying at the Marriott Hotel in St. Kitts and talked to the "Tour Desk" operator in the lobby who told us about this excursion. We decided to book this adventure online, and I think we even asked in the sign up form if we could go lobster hunting. When we went back to the lobby we told the Tour Desk rep our desire to go was dependent on the ability to go lobster hunting. She told us she would try to find that out for us with the company. This was on a Saturday, 4 days before the trip. The next day we saw the rep at the Tour desk again and said she couldn't confirm that we could hunt lobster so we told her we wanted to cancel the trip. The Tour Desk worker told us she would cancel the trip for us. We thought it was taken care of and did not know she had not canceled it until 3 days later when we got an email from Viator confirming our trip. Viator sent us this confirmation email the day before the excursion, Tuesday May 3, 3:37 pm. This was less than 24 hours prior to the trip. We were on the beach that afternoon, and when we returned you or room a couple hours later we tried to cancel online, and get a refund, but Viator said we could not, as it was less than their 24 hour prior notice to cancel and get a refund. The next day a rep from Viator called us and offered to refund ½ our money. We declined and have now disputed the charge through American Express. This miscommunication occurred because the Tour Desk operator at the Marriott did not do what she said she would, and by Viator because they were late in communicating to us that we were confirmed. Therefor we should receive a full refund.

Blue Water Safaris' direct bookings are independent of the Marriot Tour Desk, and the cancelation was not communicated to us. There are some elements of a private tour that are prepared on the day, and all staff was in place awaiting your arrival. We will contact you directly and speak further on the matter.
