Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Anilene(?) Was great! Lots of knowledge about everything Sydney. Very flexible to our requests and very fun. A great way to spend 4 hours touring the environs around town. Very entertaining and Iinteresting at the same time. Highly recommend.

Our tour guide was excellent, she’s very thorough and knowledgeable of the history behind Sydney. We enjoyed the city and the areas she took us to which we will not able to see if we ride the Hop on Hop off.

Ben was a great tour guide! Saw a lot and had great tour. Small group very nice and van was great. February weather was hot and humid. Enjoyed Ben’s commentary. We had been on a hop on bus the day before. Enjoyed this tour much more.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Guide Ellen and driver Tim navigated is to all the sites in Sydney, weaving in the history, buildings, and characters that were there at the city’s start. We were able to walk about in a few places and take photos. Time enough at Bondi Beach to grab a quick beer. They were very flexible about drop off and pickup points as well. Highly recommend!

We had Ben as the travel director. In every area of the tour we visited he provided us with it's historical and present day history. He spoke clear with allowing time for many questions! I would recommend this tour to anyone that wanted to see Sydney "in a nutshell" and decide in future days of their stay in Sydney where to visit! This should be your first tour to take!
