You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Nicholas was very pleasant but it was pouring rain, so that kinda put a quirk in the works. He was about 25 minutes late and his kid had spilt popcorn all over the inside of his car. I had previously seen most of the sites when I’d been in Sydney a couple of weeks prior, so didn’t want to walk in the rain and see stuff I had already seen.
He did take me up to Bondi and Manly, which was nice, and I got to see the bay and Opera House from a different vantage point.
He did offer to take me where I needed to go after the tour, but the weather wasn’t looking too good.
Would have been better if the weather had been nice.
I only did it as I thought there may have been more places to see which weren’t on the regular tourist route, or I would have cancelled.
After reading prior reviews, it appears a great way to “hit the high spots”, but it would have been nice if they had a back up tour when you’ve already been to the gardens, chair and Opera House.

Firstly let me sincerely apologise for the less than exceptional experience you had last week. Your driver/guide, Nick is our newest team member and after extensive training and excellent feedback we felt confident that our exceptional service standards would be met. We are extremely disappointed that this was not the case for your tour.
We agree, there is no excuse for being late without contacting the customer and advising of the traffic delays due to bad weather conditions and there is absolutely no excuse for arriving in a vehicle that is not pristine and immaculate.
As a tour guide myself, I can assure you that our other driver/guides are flexible, knowledgeable and very competent at customising tours due to bad weather and can cater for clients who would like enjoy more locations that are off the main tourist trail. Again, it is extremely disappointing that you feel you missed some of the wonderful, hidden Sydney locations.
Rest assured, we will be working with Nick to ensure that this never happens again.
Please get in touch with me directly as I would like to personally offer you my apologies and a credit voucher for another tour.

We began our adventure in Sydney with Scott. He picked us up at our hotel right on time. Scott was quite knowledgeable and entertaining throughout the afternoon. We finished our tour at a local, historic pub that we discovered might be haunted. We enjoyed seeing Sydney through Scott’s eyes and definitely recommend his tour! We have fallen in love with this city. Thanks, Scott! What a fun afternoon.

Scott was excellent. He was on time, exactly where he said he would be. We talked the whole time. He took us to all of the important sites and gave us a lot of history. We will definitely use them again when we come back. Highly recommended.

Wonderful tour with Julia. I would highly recommend her tour and services. She is a native of the area and it shows. She knows exactly what visitors need to see and maximizes your time. Very detailed and thorough information with rich historical insight. A personal tour was just what we needed after a long flight. It was stress-free since she was waiting for us at our hotel and also brought us back there. We simply just got to soak in all of the local flavor and culture. Definitely book here! WOW!!! What an incredible tour this was!!!! Scott picked us up from the cruise terminal and showed us all around Sydney. He even took pictures of our family at several iconic sites and sent them to me once we got home! Scott and his tour are FIRST CLASS....all the way!!! He was also happy to let us drop our bags off at the hotel, check in, then drove us to our show at the Opera House at the end of our tour, which was so helpful!!! Thanks again Scott!! Book this tour...you'll be SO glad you did!!!!

Had a brilliant extra long morning with Julia, meaning we were collected at 9 and not back at our cruise ship until 2. Julia gave us a very comprehensive tour of Sydney and the environs. We saw the most famous places plus the houses and districts where the rich and famous live. The tour was tailored to our needs which involved little walking because of my fathers hip problems but we saw very special places and little coves and viewing points we wouldn't have seen without someone who has a vast knowledge of the area. The itinerary was completely flexible even on the day. I would absolutely recommend contacting this company to make the most of even a limited amount of time in Sydney

Two of us wanted an easy tour. No bus. No other tourists. Little or no walking. Julie was perfect. Small vehicle. She’s a history buff with generations of ancestors in Sydney. She knows all the secrets and special places, and she knows all about Sydney and Australia. Certainly one of my best tours ever!

I have to agree - it is much better travelling in the SUV rather than an inaccessible bus when exploring all of the inner city hidden locations - nipping in and out of quirky cobbled laneways and interesting colonial historical sites!
