- Warm clothing including jackets, hats and gloves is recommended in cooler winter months.
- Life jackets are provided and must be worn
- The boat has heated handrails and spray jackets are provided in cooler months.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

It’s my second time at first when I was 19 yrs old years ago at south I think. And second with my husband. I encourage to ride jet boat. I love spit around felt great like adrenaline. Both old bag over 60 n 70 yrs old. Haha.

We have done the jet boat in Rotorua and Queenstown and both were fun but this Huka Jet is the best of the best as this is a close encounter with the Huka Falls. This is a must try experience in Taupo if you are an adrenalin junkie. Highly recommended!

Very exciting experience. Many 360 turns, lots of fun. We got a bit wet but it was just fine. Our pilot was excellent. I highly recommend this activity.
