Highly recommend this tour if you come to Tbilisi. Kezbeg is a must-go place. On the road, you will see all the picturesque views. The tour guide, Nena (if the name is correct), is a friendly and knowledgeable girl that introduced us a lot about Georgia's history, culture, politics and economy and also taught us a few Georgian, although I barely remembered.... However, the happy tour ended in a sudden road closure (on Georgia military road) because of road collapse. We had to wait on the minibus for over 5 hours for the road reopened. Thanks for Nena and the driver. After long hours of waiting, we hit on the road again at around 10 pm. Everyone was very tired and sleepy but the driver was not. He was very careful to drive everyone home. Nena also prepared some snacks, waffles, and biscuits for hungry people on the bus.

Bad experience

My wife and I had a bad experience with this tour because although it has a very different title, the tour was exactly similar with a tour entilled "Highlight of Caucasus Mountains" because the former has made the same site visits as the latter tour which I took the day before.

They will not take you all these places. Gudauri ski resort and pasanguari they wont take u. The itinerary tells you, something else and the Tour Guide have different instructions. Tour guide George had good knowledge about Georgia.. He explained all detailed.. But he had different instructions

Don't waste your time and money in booking these tours. No legroom space in the vehicle. Also you will get very cheaper deal locally if you do bargain.

Amazing mountains and nice tour

It was a really nice trip, beautiful view, mountains, good lunch place with a view and wine tasting. it was enough time on each stop except stop at Trinity Church at the end, because toilet down the mountain, where off-road cars picks you up, didn't work, but we didn't get more time on the mountain, so 10 min was wasted in the line there. Tip for those photographers who wants to do that famous shot with the church and huge mountains on the back: go not up to the church but actually down from the hill to have that exact view. Unfortunately we didn't know and we went up, so after that we already didn't have time to explore another photo spot. But maybe you can be super fast :)

This was a great tour to see a lot in a short period of time. We were lucky to have good weather, but some of the sites are likely better in the spring or early summer. Our guide Nina was very knowledgeable about Georgia and was able to cater to both English and Russian guests. Bumpy drive though, it was a rough ride because of the dangerous drivers on the road

Place is good but guide and bus not good

Two Stars are for the location but trip organization was not good. Zurabi was good in terms of following up. But first of all the bus had no AC and it was very hot and when asking the driver if it will work his like yes in 5 min and here it goes. The Guide was barely speaking as we were divided in english and other language in the bus and unfortunately when he explains something in english we would not be in that place any more and his like "do u remember when we were in that place" in addition to the horrible things is when heading back, we had to wait the guide and driver 10 min because they were packing with a honey shop to close and take the man with us. On the way back he was watching a movie in high sound while every one was already tired and looking to rest until we reach back. That was very unprofessional and never faced such thing.

Our guide Beso was a Georgia expert

The van was a bit cramp but as soon as we started moving and our guide Beso turned around and broke down all of the history of Georgia — how old Georgian civilisation is, how early the earliest artifices were found, the Georgian language — I knew we had someone special telling us something he was passionate about. I like my history and architecture and neologisms so I was delighted. (Obviously the places we saw were amazing and so on, but it’s the guide that really makes it)

Fantastic landscape! You should visit the Georgian mountains at least once in your life and it's very difficult to reach that far without a local guide.
