    Shinjuku made simple

    We had the tour with Tomoko who was lovely and very knowledgeable. She showed us many areas of shinjuku and recommended a lot of good spots for food, drinking and souvenirs. There is so much to do in shinjuku and without Tomoko we wouldn’t have seen or known about so many parts, it made us feel safer and more confident to explore what shinjuku has to offer without being overwhelmed or missing it
    Cancelled tour with no notice and no refund yet!

    My husband and I went to great lengths getting through Tokyo to reach the arranged meeting point in Shinjuku. We arrived on time and waited and waited. I then tried calling a couple of numbers and emailing a contact which were on the confirmation email. Someone eventually responded that the tour had been cancelled due to the guide being sick. We were not notified of this. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND FROM VIATOR FOR THIS CANCELLED TOUR

    We had a very nice tour around Shinjuku with our very friendly and helpful guide Yoshi. He told us the dog's and dont's around the city and some very handy tips. We definitely discovered areas we would have missed.
