Thank you for sharing your feedback. As per our checking the QR tickets were provided a day before to you and you admitted that it was overlooked from your side. The refund request from your side was very unfair.
And yes we hear the words that if we reject the refund you will leave a bad review.
Even we provided you the proof of the tickets shared with you on time.
Furthermore, the QR tickets we provided are used from your side for the entry. If those tickets were not used we would have made some refund to you. The email with the QR code Tickets was overlooked from your side and we should not be the one bear penalise for your mistakes.
