    A great stop as our first visit on arrival in Tokyo

    From the outside it resembles the Eiffel Tower in Paris, but inside it is strangely and wonderfully high tech. Great views and only a short walk from where we were staying. Our first stop upon our arrival in Tokyo. Worth a visit for sure.
    never been able to use the tickets

    When I went to the Tokyo Tower they sent me to the line to check in, the check in person said to wait in line at the elevator. After waiting there for 15 minute they said that I need a barcode ticket so they sent me back to the ticketing counter where they were calling all the supervisors and looking at me like I was trying to steal something from them. In the end after 30 minutes I decided to buy new tickets from them. So long story short I never used this tickets because I wasn't able and didn't want to spend my entire day at the Tokyo tower ticketing center.

    Worth the trip, an icon of the city. Good value. We suggest you try to do this at night. Great view and the tower really pops at night with all the lights.

    Easy to enter with QR code. Line was only like 10 min. We went at night since tower looks better and the views are stunning.

    Great views of Tokyo, really gives you a sense of the city. Easy in and out with the pre-paid ticket. The glass floor windows on level 1 of the main deck were awesome!

    We were not sent our voucher/e-ticket. We had to buy new tickets. Too much hassle! I cannot recommend snd refer Viator to my friends.

The refund request from your side was very unfair. And yes we hear the words that if we reject the refund you will leave a bad review. Even we provided you the proof of the tickets shared with you on time. Furthermore, the QR tickets we provided are used from your side for the entry. If those tickets were not used we would have made some refund to you. The email with the QR code Tickets was overlooked from your side and we should not be the one bear penalise for your mistakes.     We saw the weather was going to be good the next day so we booked this tour of the Tokyo Tower. There were other booking options in Tokyo but they all required us to pick an arrival time which we preferred not to do. Once again our experience with Viator didn't disappoint! The operator was quick to confirm our booking. We received e-tickets the following morning and had no issues gaining entrance to the Tower when we arrived at our own pace. We highly recommend this tour option!
