      We pick you up at your Hotel, Residence, Restaurant or any other location within Tokyo and drop off at the same point. If you need to be picked up at a different location or require a different drop off point, please let us know. If your pickup location is not in the list then you can type the location's information. Furthermore, we are flexible to provide pickup / drop off service outside of Tokyo at an additional cost.

      • If Mt. Fuji's 5th Station will not be visible from the base or 5th station cannot be reached due to weather condition, the tour will be taken to the highest elevation point possible. Tour cancellation or refund is not applicable due to this reason.
      • Any changes in schedule or visiting points are expected due to bad weather, traffic congestion or any other uncontrollable reasons.
      • Tour Duration is approx 11 hours including commuting time.
      • This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate.
      • A group of more than 5 people can be facilitated at an additional cost.
      • This is not a guided tour but can be arranged on request at an additional cost of a guide.
      • Shibuya Crossing can be covered if your drop off location will be nearby.

      Cancellation Policy

      You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

      • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
      • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
      • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
      • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
      • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

      The Best Time!!!

      We had the most incredible time doing this experience. It was an incredible day, our tour guide was so thoughtful when planning our day and made sure it worked perfectly for us. It was so nice having a private tour, and worth every penny. We loved every stop we made. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone considering!!! It was my partner's birthday and the tour company was so thoughtful they brought him a little present. They were very accommodating for pickup and dropoff points, as well.
