Mike, a trusted guide to Mt. Fuji!

We hired Mike via Viator to take us to an excursion to view Mt. Fuji on our recent trip to Japan as a group of 5 friends. Mike was a pleasure to work with and arrived on time to pick is up in a comfortable vehicle fit for our group size. A day before our actual excursion, the weather took a turn for the worse, Mike confirmed with us if we wanted to reschedule and we decided to go ahead anyway. A lot of places we had originally planned to visit were closed, Mike went out of his way to still ensure that we had an enjoyable trip and showed us alternate off the grid sites that were equally exciting and Instagram worthy. All throughout the tour, Mike took photos for our group and shared informative insights about the area and the culture of Japan. Mike had a very caring and friendly disposition and we just felt very grateful that we had him as our guide for our trip. Mike was helpful till the last moment of the tour. Thank you Mike! We highly recommend Mike’s services as a Tour Operator for your next trip to Japan.

Great tour around Mt Fuji area!

Your was great! One of the reasons we signed up for this tour because we wanted to have flexibility with the itinerary and stay longer in places should we want to. Unfortunately, the day of our tour it was cloudy so we could not see Mt Fuji. Our tour guide Mike did a good job though suggesting other locations we could visit. He also spoke English quite well and was very accommodating with taking us to other areas/attractions. Highly recommend this tour!

Rainy Day Trip Still Amazing!

Knowing there would be rain, we went back and forth on whether or not to cancel the tour. We decided to go ahead with the tour, and it was a very memorable day. We had lots of laughs and fun with our tour guide, Miku. He is very likable and knowledgeable. From the very start, we knew we were in good hands. Miku's English is perfect, as is his driving. Miku was accommodating and had many ideas about how to spend the rainy day. He picked us up at our AirBnB, and we were off. We sailed around the lake on the pirate ship and took in some beautiful sites. We then rode the cable car up the mountain. It was super fun. We visited a shrine on the shore of the lake—such a peaceful location. There were so many beautiful things to see that we didn't feel slighted that we couldn't see Mount Fuji. In the afternoon, we decided to visit Chinatown in Yokohama instead of an onsen. After a delicious meal together, we headed home happy. I highly recommend this tour!

Had a great day with Mike touring all around the broader Mt. Fuji area. Mike was extremely responsive to my questions prior to the trip and really helped to customize my itinerary to exactly what I wanted to see. Mike was the best tour guide that we can have on our trip to Japan. He was punctual on picking us up, knowledgeable with so many facts and stories of Japan, polite and accommodating. Mike picked my wife and I up from our hotel and he drove us to Hakone and we then rode on a Pirate ship! Mike is really personable and always made sure we all had a great time and always knew where/when to take pictures of us! He makes you feel comfortable as soon as he first meets you all the way until the very end when he drops you off. Amazing Trip Mike was a wonderful, friendly and accommodating tour guide, who speaks fluent English. He well arranged our visit to Hakone with many magnificent views of Mt. We had a fantastic day with Mike! He was a great driver, and his English was excellent. We visited some wonderful places, and had breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji. Mike extended our tour in the evening to include a drive through the city, and even offered to take us to some areas of the city that we were not able to get to. When a wallet was left in his vehicle at the end of the day, Mike promptly returned it to us at our hotel. I highly recommend this tour!
