Absolutely amazing! Roy was fantastic ! Drive was smooth with a lot of stories! He drove us around , showed us cool places , gave us time to enjoy and make all the pictures we wanted ! We are super happy with our trip ! We were a family of 4 with kids of 9 and 13 years old ! So the job was not easy ! Thank you so much

It was my 2nd time showing Niagara to friends/family so I knew what I was looking for and this tour exceeded my expectations! Here's why: - *FULL hour at Niagara-on-the-lake* which is enough time to walk the main street both sides, see the estuary and enjoy an icecream from local "Cows" shop. - *15-seats minibus* which will take you to smaller roads and across vinyards I don't remember visiting in the bigger bus from another operator -*Best guide ever* A wheel of interesting knowledge, super well-spoken and articulate if you are not an English native speaker, plus very funny jokes ;) -*Best lunch tip* from our guide was the "Secret Garden" dinner, just next to the boat experience and still affordable considering you eat with a view of the top of the American and Canadian falls. -*Wine testing* is at Niagara College so not a wide selection but definitely a great way to try ice wine if you never had it before. The only thing I would change would be to give a mini microphone to the guide so we can hear him better on the highway down to Niagara but I understand this allows people the option to listen or not. Arrive early if you want to listen to avoid having to sit at the back!

Great experience although we couldn't visit falls from a boat. However, we visit falls from behind and on the trip back, we did stop in a wine factory

I booked the tour mainly because it was the only operator which offered the one-hour Niagara-on-the-lake sightseeing. As per the tour details on Viator “Niagara-on-the-Lake - Enjoy free time for self exploration in the quaint town before heading for wine tasting- 1 hour”. As the tour only had 4 people, my mother, myself and a couple, but it seemed it mainly tailored mainly to the couple’s requirements - as it included a 15-min visit to a Hard Rock Cafe gift shop and a 45-50 minutes helicopter tour , which was not mentioned in any way in the tour itineraries. My poor 78-year old mother, who was unwell with a bad cough, had to wait at the helicopter takeoff field for those 45-50 minutes trying to cope with the huge noise from the frequent helicopter take-off and drop-off. We would have been fine with the temporarily added helicopter tour the couple took, but this was without our prior knowledge, and more importantly, we had only half an hour at the Niagara on the lake instead of 1-hour as advertised. This was truly disappointing as this was the highlight of the tour for us hence our reason of booking this tour.

I had a great day visiting Niagara Falls! Roy was a fantastic tour guide, he was friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable about the area - he told us some great facts! The boat ride was a great experience, and it was also lovely to visit Niagara-on-the-Lake and grab a delicious pastry. I had a great day and really enjoyed my visit!

The company I had booked with cancelled the night before and I booked this tour at the last minute. It was fantastic! Gaurav was our guide and he was brilliant. It was a small group which meant everybody got to hear him and he took time to explain things, even on a one to one. Gaurav made sure I got my ticket to go behind the Falls as the bot tour wasn’t on in March. We got time to explore and also seen the gem that it Niagara on the Lake. Beautiful. Would highly recommend this tour.

VIP Tour amazing, but beware Viator booking

Our tour to Niagara Falls was great. Our driver and tour guide, Peter, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he stopped at several extra places to give us different experiences and photo opportunities. It was well organized, the van was comfortable, and we were very pleased. However, beware when booking a tour through Viator. We chose our tour based on the description in the Viator site, saying that the driver would pick us up at a hotel near ours at 9 am. When I booked the tour, there was a menu where you could choose your pick-up location. All was set, but the night before, we received an email from the tour company, VIP Tours, saying they would pick us up at a different location at 8:10 am! This would necessitate a cab fare both ways. We were understandably frustrated, and contacted VIP Tours, who said that they often have this trouble when people book through Viator. To their credit, VIP Tours went the extra mile, and picked us up at the original hotel we had arranged, and even dropped us off at our actual hotel. Thanks to VIP Tours, the day was great, but Viator caused us some grief.
