In case of light rain, the visits will be maintained. However, in case of severe weather: thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, we reserve the right to cancel. In this case, we will contact you to reprogram your visit at a later date or to proceed with your refund.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Great tour, beautiful city, awesome guide

Sylvain was awesome and took us everywhere special in this beautiful (not so pink) city. Weather was cold with little rain but worth it. We had a great time and took beautiful pictures.

Our guide Sylvain is what made this one of the best tours we have ever taken. Sylvain moved us safely around the most interesting sights of Toulouse with care and ease. Our frequent stops were filled with wonderful facts about architecture, history, and culture. Sylvain was a wealth of knowledge that was understandable and interesting.

We agree with the other comments. Sylvain was a great guide: kind, friendly, funny, knowledgeable, with attention to keep us safe. It was really interesting to hear the story of how Toulouse came to be the city it is now. We enjoyed seeing the different architectural styles of the buildings and learning about why certain buildings look as they do. We had a lot of fun despite the rainy start, and really enjoyed our day with Sylvain. We could see why he really loves his city. We also really appreciate the help he gave our daughter after the tour when he found a store in Aix where she was finally able to buy her own reasonably priced bike! Merci Sylvain!!!

We had known little about Toulouse before embarking on a cycling tour there — a selection of historical facts perhaps. On Saturday, 23 Sept. 2023, we met our guide – at the Le Petit Cyclo store. We spent 3 hours on a fantastic tour – our guide was competent and funny. Finally – he was local, and that added an extra icing to all the stories he told us. An introduction to the basics of the Occitan language is not to be missed. I warmly recommend the tour. By the way, Toulouse is one of the most vibrant places in France, and it is not "pink". It is made of bricks and blue balustrades. Enjoy!

Our guide Sylvan was absolutely the best ever. He knows this city of Toulouse like the back of his hand. He guided us through the city and the traffic and the pedestrians with no problem at all. He also knows all of the history of this wonderful city. I would highly recommend this tour as it is a great overview of everything to see around this area. 10 out of 10.

Sylvian, my tour bike guide was so knowledgeable and proud of his home city of Toulouse. He made sure I saw all of this beautiful place in a safe and pleasurable cycle, full of interesting locations and hidden gems to explore. It was a pleasure to spend this time with him. Would highly recommend this tour and tour guide. PS, I went back the next day to follow up on some other areas he suggested I explore. I wasn’t disappointed. Thank you Sylvian.

The guide Sylvain was excellent: very knowledgeable, friendly and polite, mindful of safety. I particularly enjoyed his commentary on the various " hotel particuliers" in Toulouse. Bike was comfortable and well-maintained. I enjoyed every minute of the visit. A memorable day.

A good way to see a lot of the city in 2.5hrs

You would be forgiven to think this activity might not be a good idea right now but actually it’s a good time. To navigate a bike in an unfamiliar city can be daunting but because of corona It’s already quiet and the 09:30 start we had coupled with our guides instructions we found it really easy. There is plenty to see and the guide who is not surprisingly very passionate about his city was very knowledgable. It’s flat and if you like you can remove your mask whilst biking. You have your hand wash so give it a go. We were very happy with our city tour. A beautiful city.

Sylvain est une personne très agréable, et très, très passionnée par Toulouse, son histoire, sa culture, ses habitants, etc. Le tour était prévu pour 2h initialement, mais ce sont 4h que nous avons finalement passées à parcourir Toulouse et ses recoins avec Sylvain, qui n'hésite pas à prendre le temps de partager sa passion avec joie. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce tour, pour la rencontre avec Sylvain, la densité des informations fournies et expliquées, mais également pour le mode de visite très ingénieux, nous permettant de couvrir une zone importante, sans fatigue et en toute sécurité (priorité de la visite).

Een heel leuk uitje om te doen in Toulouse! We hebben veel van de stad gezien en onze gids Sylvain wist veel interessante dingen te vertellen. Het fietstempo was lekker rustig, zodat we alle mooie architectuur ook konden bekijken. Sylvain nam ons nog mee naar een kleine verborgen parel, waar je als toerist niet altijd komt. Kortom: een goeie besteding van onze ochtend!
