My girlfriend and I got there 15 minutes early. You never showed up. We called and were told you would get back to me in 24-48 hours for a reschedule. It never happened. This ruined my experience in Traverse City.
I want my money back, a credit to my credit card and an apology would also be nice. Also an explanation would be helpful.

Hello, my name is Michelle and I own Happytown Rickshaws. There was some sore of scheduling conflict between our booking system and Viators system which had this down for next week in my schedule. I did not receive any calls from Viator about this otherwise I would have called you back to reschedule. If you are still in town please call me at 231-486-0028 and we can get. you rebooked!

Excellent experience! This is an absolute must on the first day of your visit to Traverse City! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the community. We shared that we loved to dine out and the types of foods we enjoyed and she pointed out so many gems. The tour was well worth the price and more!
