      Get to know the history and architecture of Trieste

      Lubos was very knowledgeable about the history of Trieste. Highy recommend. He met us at our hotel and we walked all through the town stopping for coffee and conversation.

      Our guide, Lubos, was very well prepared and attentive. This was a great way to become acquainted with the historical center of Trieste and to learn a bit about the history of the city. Highly recommend this tour to any first time visitor to Trieste.

      We had an excellent walking tour with Lubos, who is exceptionally knowledgeable and immediately was able to tailor the tour to our interests- and delight. I mentioned a love of coffee and we went to two coffee shops that were a trip highlight for me. My husband has a scholar’s knowledge of European history and politics and Lubos was able to engage with him on a scholarly level that added even more context to what he had read in several books on Trieste before we went on the walk. Lubos was great and we highly recommend him!

      Lubos was a real pleasure from start to finish. He was helpful beyond belief, knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating to our tight timescale and looked after us so well from start to finish. He treated us to a wonderful coffee. We loved our whistle stop tour of Trieste and will return in the future.

      We had such a great time with Lubos, we had a thorough and interesting tour of Trieste, we felt that we saw all the major sites, and Lubos’s knowledge was amazing. He was well prepared and provided both written information and leaflets . The tour was a mixture is of history, culture, language, and hospitality this tour covered everything . Trieste is fascinating with history from the Romans through to the Austrians and then the 20th century. I would thoroughly recommend this as a place to visit, and also this is a great orientation tour.

      What a tour! Lubos was one of the best tour guides I have ever had and I have been through hundreds. The walking tour through Trieste was so informative. Lubos knew his stuff big time , the history plus the contemporary happenings. I was so impressed by his preparedness for leading a tour. We went down narrow alleyways you, on your own, would never find. And something I have never experienced before, at the end of the tour, Lubos presented us with his custom made tourist information packet so we could further explore. Thanks, Lubos

      Wir hatten die Tour zu zweit bei Lubos Dzuro gebucht. Es waren sehr informative und abwechslungsreiche Stunden. Auf unsere Wünsche ( fotografieren) oder Fragen ist Herr Dzuro immer sehr freundlich und kompetent eingegangen. Es war eine tolle Tour, von allem etwas dabei: ältere und neuere Geschichte, Architektur, Kirchen und Plätze, Kaffeehaus Besuch, Infos zur Küche und Sprache, Restaurants .., Zum Abschluss haben wir noch eine Mappe mit verschiedenen Informationen bekommen. Einfach super. Wir waren vormittags unterwegs und konnten uns am Nachmittag und Abend nochmals die Stellen anschauen, die uns besonders gut gefallen haben.
      Die Stadtführung mit Lubos war das Highlight dieser Reise.

      Unser Stadtführer Lubos hat uns pünktlich vom Hotel abgeholt und gleich mit seinen spannenden Ausführungen begonnen. Er ist gute drei Stunden mit uns durch das wunderschöne Triest spaziert und hat uns eintauchen lassen in die Geschichte dieser interessanten Stadt. Auf jede Frage ist er eingegangen und hat uns teilhaben lassen, an seinem enormen Wissen. Aber auch die Gegenwart war Teil der Führung. Lubos hat uns alle sieben auf einen Kaffee eingeladen, und gute Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben. Wir sind immer noch begeistert und können diese Stadtführung jedem empfehlen.

      Die kulturelle Vielfalt von Triest war sehr beeindruckend. Lubos Dzuro, mein Stadtführer verstand es hervorragend, den historischen Kontext zu vermitteln. Es hat mich gefreut, wie aufmerksam Lubos auf meine Fragen einging. Auf dem Stadtrundgang kamen auch die kulinarischen Aspekte nicht kurz. So gehörte auch eine Einführung in die Triester Kaffeekultur mit einem Besuch des historischen "Caffè degli Specchi" dazu. Ich habe die dreistündige Stadtführung als Einzelperson gebucht. Das tolle Erlebnis war es mir allemal wert, dass ich dafür auch etwas tiefer in meinen Geldbeutel greifen musste.

      Also wo soll ich anfangen-Lubos ist ein ausgezeichneter Reiseführer und zeigte uns Plätze wo wir sonst nie hingekommen wären. Auch interessantes bezüglich Geschichte und Kulinarik wurde toll erklärt- (und verkostet) Ich würde sofort dies wieder buchen.Ebenfalls wurden wir am Ende mit Reiseinformationen in schriftlicher Form überrascht- vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmals.Jetzt können wir auch in Triest den richtigen Kaffee bestellen welchen wir auch wollen.
