Wonder tour to learn some history and get acclimated in the beautiful city of Valencia. Tour guide was fantastic and explained everything. I doubt we would have seen as much had we taken a traditional walking tour. The bikes were in great shape and València has safe bike lanes everywhere.

The best way to see everything you want to visit in one shot!

Our guide was Alfie the Australian, ask for him, he’s awesome. We got our e-bikes which makes everything easier for the ride even though Valencia is very flat. We stopped at several different places and Alfie shared cool history of everything we saw. The stops were frequent enough to not get saddle sore from riding. Each place we saw had a cool story behind it. It was also just us and Alfie so we talked about the good and bad of Valencia and why we were both there. After seeing the different sites on the tour our second day we mapped out the rest of the week knowing what we wanted to see again. Great tour, guide, and experience, highly recommended.

Where to start?! Allie was awesome! This was sooooo fun! Even tho we were a bit cold the city is absolutely stunning and Allie was so knowledgeable about the history of lovely València! He kept us safe and we had the best time! I’d give 20 stars if I could!

Ground Level Perspective of Valencia

This was our first trip to Valencia and our first bike tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the city and showed us many sights that we not have seen from a bus tour. He was conscious of our bike experience and paced the ride accordingly. The bikes were new and easy to ride although we didn't need the "e" part of the e-bike as it was mostly flat riding. It was a bit hairy riding on the sidewalks through pedestrians walking but our guide cleared the way for us. We will likely do other e-bike tours and would definitely recommend this Valencia tour.

I didn’t do this excursion as I fell on a young lady sitting on a bench. Hurting herself and myself. Didn’t get a refund. Was not happy with this experience.

I'd like to adress most important thing, before explaining the situation and that is, that you haven't talked to us, nor applied for any refund, till this day, so there's no refund for us to accept by Viator. If you talked to us, or applied for refund, we would be more then happy to find some solution, as customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Regarding the incident, when we prepared all the e-bikes and all of your group was ready to start the tour, you have slipped on a bench from the e-bike, while attempting to sit on the vehicle, and there were indeed 2 ladies sitting there. Our guide went quickly to check if everything is okay, and there was no injury, in fact those ladies sitting on the bench started to laugh, including you and your friends, after clarifying nothing happened to anyone. After making sure everyone is okay, you've decided not to do the tour, as you didn't feel comfortable driving an e-bike for 3 hours and slow down your friends. Our staff double checked if you really don't want to go, and you said it's too long for you, so we have respected your decision, not to go. The length of the tour and vehicle, is all described prior to booking. After your friends left with the guide on the tour, our office manager gave you a city map, tips what to do in a city, before your friends arrive, to make your wait a bit more entertaining. According to the rules, no one is obligated to give any return, if you decided not to attend the tour last minute, We've also declined many other people that day, in order to fulfil your booking and everything was prepared from our behalf, the tour operated and your friends were very happy after the tour, we've even made the tour longer, as it was a big group, to really not miss any highlights. Anyway, even after declining other groups, and that by the rules, you're not eligible for a refund, if you'd talk to us, or made a request, we'd be very happy to find some compromise. Easy ride to see Valencia

We would NEVER have seen the parts of Valencia we did on this tour on our own. Our guide, Simon, was knowledgeable and helpful and adapted the tour to our “oh wow’s”. The bikes were easy to ride and we had a great time!
