We took a train and the house was a short walk from the station. Our hosts were very welcoming when we arrived. The pasta making course was very informative and great fun! To finish we had the privilege of sitting down and eating our pasta with wine and our hosts. A great feeling of Italy. Would recommend

Cooking with Paola Puccinelli was a wonderful experience. Paola has a bubbly, friendly personality, making you feel at home straight away.
I learnt all about pasta making and Tiramisu.
Paola the perfect Hostess laid out a spread of Tuscan Specialities to go with the Papardelle and Tortelli which we made. To round it off Tiramisu.
I recommend this course thoroughly to anyone interested in Pasta and Tuscans way of preparing food.

This was an amazing experience cooking with Paola and her family. We made two kinds of pasta and tiramisu the Italian way. It felt like home; the vibes and the family were amazing, generous, and very friendly. I highly recommend this experience of a lifetime!

Our hosts were amazing!!! If you are looking for truly authentic Italian cooking and generous, welcoming hosts this is for you! We traveled with our adult children and we rank this as one of our top events in Italy. And our favorite meal in our 10 days traveling abroad. We had to use Google translate a bit but it made it even more special and unique. Highly Recommend! We have so many stories and the hosts were so kind and special!!!

One of our favourite experiences of our trip in Italy. Paola and her family were so welcoming, they designed a menu to fit our dietary needs and it was delicious. We were walked through step by step in the pasta making process, tiramisu as well and then were treated to a feast with her family, lots of aperitivo and wine along with the pasta and tiramisu we had made. Couldn't recommend her highly enough we had an amazing time.

The people where very polite. They shared everything with us. So patience. We came there at 5 p.m and left at 10 p.m. Everything was fine. We ate, drank and had a nice conversation. We learned a lot. I sincerely recommand to have this workshop.

Quello di Paola è stato fantastico! Adoro cucinare a casa in America con mio padre ed è stato così divertente poter cucinare con autentiche ricette italiane. Paola, suo marito e un amico sono stati tutti molto accoglienti e cordiali! Mi piacerebbe portare mio padre la prossima volta che visito!
