Complimentary pick up is only offered for guests staying in Victoria Falls Town’s Lodges/Hotels Zimbabwe within 5km radius. We do not pick guests staying in Livingstone Hotels Zambia.

- NOTE regarding accessibility: While it is possible to get onto the boat in a wheelchair, please note that the toilet on the boat does not allow enough space for a wheelchair.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

We had a lovely evening with family, the staff were fantastic, the food was excellent. Hippos in the water and beautiful sunset made our evening so special. Would recommend that if you are visiting Victoria Falls this should not be missed

Fabulous sunset, delicious 5 course meal, and best gin bar ! Scenery spectacular - lots of hippo and the odd croc. Well worth the fare!

The staff were lovely, and the meal excellent.. The cruise on the Zambezi was wonderful. Tgeee were several Hippos and some Elephants,,, just a lovely night.
