Thank you so much Angela for the valued feedback. Our sincerest apologies as it seems you booked the wrong experience. We have Dinner Cruise experience which offers 4 course dinner and drinks. You were actually booked on our Sunset Cruise expereience which is only 2 hours and comes with light snacks or canapes with drinks but doesn't offer Dinner. We assume someone else booked the experience for you and did not advise the inclusions and exclusions. Our apologies for the mishap.

An enjoyable and relaxing time

An enjoyable experience from start to finish . Pick up and drop off were done on time . The trip itself was a very relaxing way to see the zambezi river and to catch the sun set and the staff on board the boat were first class .

Amazing experience fantastic value for money

Staff were so welcoming and attentive. We chose the signature package and couldn't fault it. We could choose from a large selection of drinks both non/alcoholic at no extra charge and throughout the cruise we were provided with substantial canapés eg cheese straws, sushi, mini burgers with equivalent vegetarian options. The actual cruise was stunning and over ran slightly to ensure we got the sunset experience. The boat had luxurious comfortable seating and we were not confined to the seats could walk around to take in the views from anywhere on our floor. Transport provided from our hotel to and from the dock at no extra cost.

Good way to end my Vic Falls holiday

After Chobe safari and visiting Vic Falls, this was a good way to end my time at Vic Falls, crusing the Zambezi river. Although this is a cruise, we did see elephants, hippos crocodiles and the boat got as close as possible for a big boat. Nice boat. The crew did a choir act at the end which was a good move

Magical sunset cruise

On the cruise we got a constant stream of drinks and food, mainly appetizer food, sushi, sliders and kebabs. The boat was very sturdy and we slowly went down the Zambezi. We saw lots of hippos and on three occasions elephants. The sunset is magical. This is so worth it

Fun, relaxing, scenic

We saw elephants, crocodiles, various bird species, and hippos. The ship was comfortable, views were lovely and there were plenty of drinks. The food was good, but we were offered very little food such that I'm sure everyone needed to find dinner after the cruise. Overall, it was quite lovely! I highly recommend it.

Our Sunset Cruise comes with complimentary canapés and beverages and indeed this is not Dinner and guests will need to have Dinner after sunset. We also have wonderful options for our guests as they can join us for The Eatery Dinner Experience after the Sunset Cruise. Alternatively, we also have a Dinner Cruise as an option for guests that want to have more time on the river and enjoy Dinner after watching sunset. Please consider these options on your next visit.

Had a great experience on this cruise. Would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area. Most are interested in if the premium top deck experience is worth it. If you want to be completely out in the open with no roof or purchase premium cocktails that are not included then maybe it’s worth it. Otherwise the first and second deck are just fine. The crew were great and our pick up and drop off experience was perfect.

Sunset on Zambezi

It was a very pleasant couple hours, river can be so calming. During the cruise I have been served nice snacks adjusted to my diatery requirements with unlimited drinks (also alcoholic). My attending steward was very knowledgeable about the local fauna and flora And made sure to point out any animal spotting like hippos or elephants. The only disappointing thing was that we end up doing circles on the same part of the river we did not cruise further

Where were the cocktails?!

The sunset cruise itself is a must do, the boat is luxurious, the team were lovely. However we paid for the signature deck and waited 40mins for a cocktail and what arrived was not what was ordered. We are on honeymoon and chose the signature deck for the cocktails. It was disappointing.
