All guides were skilled, helpful, and friendly. The hike itself was moderately strenuous (as advertised) but was well worth every step. Our guide did a great job getting us to some very cool spots on the glacier (which can change almost daily) and allowed us to see unique formations in the ice. We always felt our safety was paramount and we had an incredible experience.

Firstly, we like to compliment francesco and Steve. These 2 italian guides make us feel like we are in safe hands. They are very professional, detailed and responsible. They made a wonderful team as well. You can tell Steve is very passionate of the glaciers too. They will share with us some info of the glaciers Especially the climb, this is a high risk activity, but u can see our guides are very patient n encouraging! We really enjoyed our hike n climb! Highly recommended!

Excellent day spent hiking the glacier, exploring an ice cave, and giving ice climbing a try for the first time!!! Our guide was informative, funny, personable, and smart. We moved at a good pace and looked out for everyone in the group. Nothing was ever too slow or too strenuous. Safety was definitely a priority, which makes sense because it is easy to forget you are out in the wild on a glacier when everything looks surreal. We both wore the hard boots offered to us, which were necessary in order to participate in the ice climbing. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a little adventure and some beautiful, unforgettable scenery!
