Amazing experience

Highlight of our trip. Jim was an amazing tour guide and a wealth of knowledge, we really lucked out getting him. Arlington is beautiful. Watching the changing of the guards and being in the presence of so many who sacrificed everything for our freedom is overwhelming. This is a must see.
Great tour guide!

Allen McCabe, I believe through Unscripted Tours is an excellent guide. Advised prior to tour what to wear etc. He is very knowledgeable with a deep respect for the cemetery. Highly recommend. He was very thoughtful with other highlights of Washington. Thank you, Allen!
No words to describe such a Superlative experience.

To be able to visit such hallowed grounds with a person so skilled and versed in the knowledge of all the monuments and traditions. The changing of the guard and the tomb of the unknowns is beyond description.
So much history! This tour was amazing!
Leslie_L, May 2024
What a wonderful trip! Our guide, Allen McCabe, was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much history with us. Having a guide made the experience far more enriching than wandering around on our own. I highly recommend this tour and Allen!
The walking tour of Arlington National Cemetery is really worth it!
Annette_G, May 2024
Our guide Allen McGabe was very knowledgeable and had good answers for all the questions from our group. I'm really glad we booked this tour, as Arlington National Cemetery was super crowded with school groups when we visited. It would not have been fun locating the interesting sites on our own, plus Allen told many interesting stories about this or that perhaps unremarkable headstone or tree that made it way more interesting. It's just good to have a guide who knows the place. Allen also, for example, positioned us in the best spot to view the changing of the guard, which we really appreciated.

Derrick was a great guide. He took the time to point out certain headstones that would otherwise be missed and gave more depth to the tour than if I would have done it alone.

Amazing! We had the most knowledgeable tour guide we’d ever had! He was able to answer EVERY question our group had in detail. He was also passionate about it, ensuring we ‘experienced’ all of the timed events and special moments. Our tour guide Allen was a highlight of our 8 days in DC!!

Better than the tram
Stephen_P, May 2024
The walking tour is the way to go, great guide, we was able to ask questions and get up close to what we were talking about, rather than whizzing past on the tram.
