We meet in front of Starbucks at the Grand Hyatt, 1000 H Street NW. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour starts and check in with Your Guide so that the tour can start promptly at 9 AM.

Kick off your adventure with a convenient pickup from select Las Vegas hotels, or meet at an easy-to-find Boulder City location. Board a motorized raft at the Lake Mead National Recreation Area and set off for a fully narrated journey along a 12-mile (19-kilometer) stretch of the Colorado River's Black Canyon National Water Trail.
Having someone else to drive the raft means no worries about getting lost, so you can just focus on the incredible scenery—including waterfalls, hot springs, and geological formations.
To break up the journey, a stop at Willow Beach is included so you can have a refreshing swim or a casual stroll along the river. You can also tuck into a pack lunch—which is included in the package.
The trip concludes at Willow Beach Marina. Here, a shuttle awaits to take you back, filled with memories and knowledge of this unique region.

The tour was wonderful! The tour guide was even better- Dustin! Great sense of humor. Clear communication. Very knowledgeable. First time in Washington and after taking the tour, I'm convinced I want to go back. There is so much to learn- so much history and significance in the area. This tour covered all of the spots any tourist would love to see in a half day. It was a reasonable amount of time and was a more intimate group which allowed for ease when unloading and reloading. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The tour felt like a VIP experience. If I could rate it 10 stars, I would.

Steve may be the best tour leader I've ever had the pleasure to accompany on a tour. He took us to all the major Washington DC sites and explained fully the why, the when, the who and the what of each one. This was my first trip to the city and Steve made each monument and memorial come alive with his thorough and thoughtful explanations for each. This small group tour for about is a must for any first time or repeat visitor to our nation's capital.

Wes, our tour guide was wonderful. Knowledgeable, personable, funny and caring. The small group size was so much nicer than trying to travel with 50-60 people in a huge bus. It meant that you could see and hear everything.

Lincoln memorial, Vietnam memorial and statue of Albert Einstein.
Save your legs and see it all! The time flew by and our driver Dean took us just steps away from everything. He even recommended us getting tickets to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, dropped us off there on the tour to get tickets, and afterwards so we could grab lunch and see how money is made. Highly recommend! We still had plenty of energy to continue enjoying our time in DC.
