I had a great time, learning about the process and ingredients in each of the spirits that are made by the owners. Some unusual combinations that work brilliantly and taste delicious. I felt super special when I got to buy the first ever bottle of their new product :D

Passion project new distillery

Clearly this new distillery is the owner’s passion. He shared stories about getting started and how he experiments with different flavor profiles to create his products. One thing, however, was that he lists this as a tasting with chocolate pairings. This only happened with one of the drinks so it’s not really accurate. Otherwise it was a fun time.

Hrvoje gave us a thorough explanation of his unique distillery methods, for crafting excellent tasting spirits. We enjoyed his challenges to detect from smell and taste, which herbs he used. Chocolate pairing enhanced the flavor. We bought small bottles of his gluten free rum (tasting very much like dry unsweet whiskey) for our gluten free daughters. We are very happy for choosing this tasting event. We wish he was better known worldwide.

Great experience and great informative guide, very fun to do as a quick afternoon activity. Tasted 5 spirits/ liquors and chocolate which was very delish!

I didnt know what to expect and I was positively suprised. Guys did a really cool pairing of chocolate and spirits. They told me that 2 of them are distillers and joined with local craft chocolate maker who helped the pair the chocolate and spirits. The whole experiance was about 25 minutes long and i tried 5 spirits an 4 chocolates. My favourit was gin and the chocolate that followed.
