Alex met us as arranged with his clean van - 7 passengers with luggage fit nicely
in the van. While it was already dark he shared some information about the areas in the drive along the way.

No one there to meet us. I booked and paid for a Suburban. When someone finally arrived they tried to stick us in a tiny car. After some discussion they put us in a Bouncy van instead. Bait and switch.

Walked out of the airport, saw our driver with a large sign, in the car in 2 minutes or less, at our hotel in Zihua 15-20 min later. Our driver handled the windy roads like a pro. Perfect.

Roberto was great, he had a sing with my name on it waiting for us to walk out of the airport. Very friendly and full of information. We got the pleasure to enjoy his company on our trurle release tour, as he also drives Ulises S. The owner of Ketavi Tourist Excursions. If you need a ride anywhere they are your go to guys, we used them for a taxi for dinner also.
