Your teacher Sophie is a 500hr RYT yoga teacher with over 10 years experience & is very passionate about sharing the practice of yoga & it’s benefits. She will also share tips on how to reduce the fluctuations of the mind & calm the nervous system, with yoga philosophy & The 8 Limbs of Yoga. You will also learn how to increase the capacity of your lungs through Pranayama, Breathing Techniques. After our practice we will have some time to chat, chill & connect & enjoy a cup of ginger tea or a refreshing drink, a sparkling water or 2 glasses of wine.We hope you can join us for this inspiring experience.
