Zoomers Amusement Park

17455 Summerlin Road, Fort Myers, Florida, 33908

The Basics

Zoomers offers two different kinds of Go-Karts—slower Rookie karts and the faster Raptor karts—and two different kinds of tracks. To get your adrenaline pumping, try the high-flying carnival rides. Other family-friendly activities include mini-golf, arcade games, and a hippo slide.

Visitors can opt to pay per experience or get a deal by buying an all-day wristband. Wristbands range from “carnival ride” bands that offer access to only the outdoor rides (and exclude go-karts), to “chaperone” passes for adults accompanying their kids, to the “pro wristband,” which offers nearly unlimited access (and the best value for your money). Spend a full day at the park, or pair a trip to Zoomers with a stop at nearby Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island.

When to Get There

Zoomers is generally open seven days a week, and hours change seasonally. The park may be closed on major holidays, and outdoor attractions usually close during poor weather. For the best value, see if the park is offering midweek discounts, or plan to arrive two hours before closing and purchase a full-price wristband—you can also use it the following day.

Explore the Florida Everglades

Just south of Zoomers is one of the greatest environmental wonders of South Florida—the lush and expansive Everglades, a must-visit destination for outdoor enthusiasts who want to see the region’s flora and fauna. You can set up an independent itinerary and drive yourself, but the most convenient way to visit is on a small-group tour from Fort Myers. Tours typically include transportation, airboat rides, and naturalist-guides to lead the way.
