We cross isolated valleys, visit traditional villages and cross two high mountain passes, Kunzum La (4558 m) and Rothang Pass (3980 m). The tour offers us spectacular views of snow-capped peaks, ancient Buddhist monasteries, raging rivers and glaciers. The roads are partially fortified, but we also have loose gravel.
