Very active
This experience was very memorable. I did struggle with the very tight spaces-- it was a little more physically demanding than I expected. I was very sunburnt so some actions were painful only for that reason! I did end up with a number of small scrapes and bruises, though.

Elvis was an amazing...
Elvis was an amazing guide. He was excellent at getting us to step outside our comfort zone but not in an unsafe way. We learned a great deal about the cave and about ourselves.

Cave Crawler
OMG! We had the best time on this adventure. Alberto was a phenomenal tour guide as we explored Venado Cave. It is definitely a must do. I recommend you wear swimming type clothes and good water shoes because you get totally wet but soooooo worth it!
