The Basics

The Time Warner Center offers more than 50 retail shops and boutiques, which carry everything from cosmetics and jewelry to clothing and housewares. Spend some time browsing, then treat yourself to a Michelin-starred meal at Thomas Keller’s Per Se or Masayoshi Takayama’s Masa, or grab foods for a picnic in the park in the basement-level Whole Foods. While access to the complex’s offices and upscale condominiums is limited to residents and employees, visitors can stay at the center by booking rooms at the luxurious Mandarin Oriental. (Visitors who aren’t guests at the hotel can still enjoy the property’s restaurants and spa.)

Some sightseeing tours include a stop at the Time Warner Center, especially those focused on Midtown or on shopping. You can also visit on a hop-on hop-off bus tour and spend as much time as you like exploring the Time Warner Center.
