Step inside and you'll see elaborate murals and mosaics that recount the history of Puerto Rico, with contributions by some of the island territory's best-known artists, including Rafael Rios Rey and José Oliver. Walking tours of San Juan will take you up close to the building. You can also book a free tour through the Capitol directly or show up when the House or Senate is in session.
